15/01/2025: I had dinner in this really nice restaurant in the center of Pescocostanzo. Very friendly and helpful waiters, attentive to every need. The chef is very good! I tried various first courses and the pork with hazelnuts. Everything exquisite. Compliments!

06/01/2025: Having met him while walking, the way he presented himself gave us high expectations! Unfortunately the result was disappointing, on the cold cuts and cheese platters there was a vast majority of salami... vegetables all in oil... and two pieces of cheese with various jams. After an hour the first courses arrive (it should be noted that during the order we already wanted to order the second courses but the waiter told us to do it later) sloppy polenta, hard pappardelle with tasteless seasoning and tasteless and odorless truffle, loose fettuccine that broke when you looked at it and seasoning like the rest! The moment for the second courses arrived and there was a big surprise... what we wanted was finished (the waiter told us that we had to order it immediately) there were only 15 portions of deer steaks despite the place settings being around sixty. Taking something else but all the same we get one crush and one less.. In conclusion, we entered at 1pm...left at 4pm for a starter, first and second course, very slow and inattentive service which would have been justified by the good food...but unfortunately that wasn't the case! There was no happiness in having eaten! Never again!
