25/11/2024: I stayed tonight in the company of colleagues, the restaurant, top family harmonious and full of warmth, Luciano served us as if he were one of the family, I recommend the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles... top and the desserts... super the wine and the place, and the moscato doche perfect with amaretti.

11/11/2024: We stayed last night in this large and splendid medieval-style hotel with many advantages and some serious defects which, however, could be remedied. First of all we were very disappointed by the large amount of dust in the room and in some common areas. Hotel management must be much more careful and monitor cleanliness, especially of the rooms, investing much more in staff. The minibar was functional but empty, without the drinks and products that a 4-star hotel must offer. Breakfast is served in a beautiful medieval room but it is absolutely insufficient with very few fresh products, almost nothing is of good quality, both for the sweet but above all for the savory which had very little choice, only a few slices of cooked ham and very normal cheese. However, the advantages are many, with such a large and beautiful medieval structure all it would take is a little more targeted investment and greater attention to detail. The restaurant, also in medieval style, is beautiful, the food is almost all excellent and at a good price and the waiters are very kind (especially the more experienced Kosovan one). We thank the lady at the reception who was very kind and the owner who helped us solve a problem with the car battery that wouldn't start. When we return we hope that our advice has been taken into consideration by the hotel manager. However it was a very pleasant experience which I hope we will repeat soon. This is why we recommend it to everyone, especially lovers of medieval style like us...

28/08/2024: Sono andato a Celano con mia moglie causa visita di controllo ed era festa al paese . Credendo di non trovare problemi per pranzare e non sapendo della festa ...non ho prenotato da nessuna parte . Dopo aver girato diversi locali ma nn trovando disponibilità casualmente in una curva leggo il nome di questo ristorante e decidiamo di fare un ultimo tentativo . Ci accoglie una gentilissima signora la quale ci chiede se avevamo prenotato e noi rispondiamo di no . Malgrado tutto Lei ci tranquillizza e riesce a trovarci una sistemazione , cosa che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo . Cibo e qualità ottimi ma soprattutto tanta umanità da parte dei gestori che nuovamente voglio salutare e ringraziare. Molto consigliato location suggestiva e stupenda

25/08/2024: Menù fisso di ferragosto. Nulla da eccepire sulla location, ben tenuta ed accogliente, nulla da eccepire sulla qualità del cibo di buona qualità e quantità, ma il servizio è stato un vero disastro. Tempi biblici, tre ore per un primo e secondo, se non avessi sollecitato i dolci stavamo ancora li... peccato, ma si può fare meglio se si assegnano compiti precisi ed i camerieri non vanno ovunque capita
