Even though we didn't have the privilege of knowing him, Linda's words clearly convey what a special man he was, the soul of this place, a presence that still lives within these walls today, in the memories, gestures, and the authentic atmosphere that reigns here. 06/01/2026: Visited Taverna Ducale on May 2, 2022. My son, granddaughter and I were greeted warmly and seated immediately. Our meal was beyond excellent. Each course was prepared and presented with great care. From the prosciutto and melon (we ordered it twice) and charcuterie, to the various main courses we had, were amazing. One of the most delightful and memorable meals I have ever had. Five stars... Can't wait to return.

14/10/2025: Parco dei Mulini has been a trusted favorite for several years now. I've been here often, even on different occasions (in the summer, the kiosk is open, you can eat outside in the heavenly temperatures, and the live music evenings are fantastic!). In the winter, they host indoor evenings, and the menus change based on events (the pizzas, in particular, are updated frequently!). Top quality in everything, from beers to main courses, all the way to dessert (made by the fantastic staff), and the pizzas are unparalleled: the best pizzas in the Ortona area and the surrounding area, even though we're in Crecchio. Generous portions and affordable prices. The owner is super. The place is beautiful, surrounded by the greenery of a charming former mill, and it's not uncommon to spot a few animals!

24/09/2025: Always happy to book. Relaxing place, even if it's always busy. The food, both meat and pizza, is always excellent. The beers are also good, with a wide selection. Good value for money.

04/01/2026: I'll tell you the truth: every time I come here, I'm in a bind!! I never know whether to choose the delicious pizza or the succulent roasts... you're spoiled for choice. At La Marruccina, there's a family atmosphere. Despite a completely renovated, ultra-modern, and beautiful venue, there's a history within these walls, and the best way to experience it is to take a bite!

30/12/2025: I didn't eat there, I only went to pick up my order, so I can't comment on the service, but the pizzas are very, very good.
