04/03/2024: We found ourselves passing through, reading some reviews, the Vastese brodetto always prevailed, all we did was order that dish, sublime and to say the least, the fish was very fresh, you could taste the sea in your mouth, the staff were kind and helpful, the place was spotless, to say everything we ordered satisfied us to the maximum, we will definitely return because everything else on the menu is worth trying, 5 stars all deserved

01/04/2024: Eating discreetly on Easter Sunday isn't everything. The environment must also be pleasant.
I booked a month in advance (paid a deposit of €100) expressly asking to have a table in the large room in front of the windows... and finding myself on a holiday day in a shabby room covered in wood... like a cabin... just not good... window view of dusty car park with dirty and torn mosquito net, air conditioning and light on: room too small to accommodate 4 of us in a corner, higher table for 5 in front of the window, plus another for 2.
If I hadn't invited people who then had to return to Milan I would have gladly left. It was a pain... more than 3 hours of lunch... with a view of the wooden wall... NEVER AGAIN. Fortunately there are many other places where you can eat good meat in a suitable environment. We do not accept reservations if we cannot accommodate people in a decent environment.

26/03/2024: Excellent pizza, quality with fresh and good ingredients, crumbly dough, really excellent, we had bruschetta with tomato, hard and burnt cold bread, the tomato was excellent, but the bread really indescribable, I'm sorry because other times everything was good and the friendly staff. but the boy was almost annoyed to serve us! I'm sorry but this really isn't good!

11/03/2024: Let's start by saying that you will be faced with something very different from usual. I would say unique in terms of raw materials, combinations, workmanship and taste. Smoked red turnips, grapes, strawberries and rocket, and lentils with hazelnut cream are the best dishes on the tasting menu.
Let's get to the notes that are a little out of tune in my opinion. 1) Price - tasting menu at 210. I believe that in the presence of a raw material with minimal food cost (all plant-based) the research work and processing cannot justify the price (otherwise carnivorous menus or with raw materials of value would be at least double).
2) Quantity - I added 4 dishes to the menu. The quantities are really minimal and I would suggest increasing them. I would suggest increasing the quantity and variety of bread brought to the table.
3) speed of service - for the average of lunches in starred restaurants we went very quickly. I would have expected more information on the research work and preparations.
4)I took wines by the glass. Normal and local wines. 25 euros per glass. An insane price (basically if I had known beforehand I would have gotten the wine pairing for 100 euros). Nobody warned us though.
Would I go back? Yes but not at that price.

02/04/2024: Luckily there are still trattorias from the past! The pasta is still rolled out by hand by the owner and the portions are gigantic ‼️ Excellent cuisine, kindness of the staff, availability for bookings also on WhatsApp. The only flaw if I really have to find it are the spaces, I hope as they say they are arranging a larger location. Super recommended ‼️
26/03/2024: Excellent quality of raw materials. Ravioli are the local specialty, seasoned with ragù or porcini mushrooms and truffles they are truly excellent. A little more attention to the service, we had ordered gnocchi with simple tomato sauce and they arrived with ragù. However, it is really a very beautiful place for a trip out of town, it is very close to Lake Turano

05/04/2024: It's a pizzeria and diner. Square pizzas with classic dough like those of the past. Honest prices. There are always a lot of people but they are fast and the service is smooth.
01/04/2024: Excellent pizza, well-leavened and digestible dough with a wide choice. The beer on tap is also excellent.
You can have a satisfying lunch or dinner at low cost.
More than recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Service: Excellent service, very approachable staff, nice and friendly with customers.
⭐⭐⭐⭐Menu: very satisfying rustic local dishes, generous portions, we expected more from the pappardelle with wild boar, but still everything was good, especially the cured meats and cheeses.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Location: surrounded by greenery in a fantastic setting, excellent restaurant which was completely in rustic style.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Prices: Very fair.
31/03/2024: We had lunch at this restaurant on Easter Sunday. Excellent service, courteous and helpful staff but above all the cuisine was something superlative.
Good prices, rustic and family atmosphere.

10/03/2024: Cozy place, carefully furnished in rural style, we had lunch with a vegetarian starter, among the various courses the sautéed mushrooms and gratin peppers are worthy of note, the chickpea soup and chestnuts are superlative with extremely generous servings. Excellent quality raw materials, excellent value for money. Friendly staff, punctual and professional room service. The restaurant boasts a large adjacent car park with a splendid view of the valley.
Absolutely worth trying.
