12/04/2025: Don't be fooled by the surroundings but come in! Very nice and clean place. Soft and unobtrusive music. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful equipment. Food presented in beautiful containers but above all excellent. Fair prices. I recommend paneer pakora (cheese battered and fried), cheese naan (like piadina filled with cheese), butter chicken (chicken in a slightly spicy but very delicate and pleasant tomato and cream sauce) and gulab jamun (balls with the consistency of a babà soaked in syrup or water and sugar): everything was excellent. Definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in the world. One of those addresses to save and return to.

Both thr vegetarian and non very options were good. Place is clean and service was fast. There is a taxi abandoned right in front of the reaturant and it is a walking distance to the main square

Only one star and therefore not good because they made a mistake in taking my wife's order and she ended up with only one dish but up to this point the misunderstanding can be there. The unpleasant thing is that when my wife, at the time of paying, replied that she would not return to their request for immediate feedback, she heard the owner reply that she did not want to be paid by herself, therefore, extremely offensive and she accepted to be paid only by me, going into a rage and demonstrating that she does not know how to manage the relationship with the customer in the slightest. Because the restaurateur must know how to manage the relationship with the customer and not respond badly, otherwise he is just a loser. If they had been doctors and we were patients, they would have had to find a lawyer because they would have been sued for the ways, I know the health world well, their luck is only in the fact that we are in a restaurant and not in a hospital.

18/03/2025: After 10 days of having Italian food, it was Time for some good old spicy food, and my god they guys didn't disappoint. Loved their food, very close to home made and amazing staff. Totally worth it, even if I visit again will definitely be there!

17/03/2025: Esta fue una decisión rápida durante unas cortas vacaciones en Pisa. ¡Una buena decisión por mucho! Porciones de buen tamaño. No grasosa. Auténtico indio cocinado lleno de hermosos sabores. La única caída fue que los platos se servían demasiado rápido y demasiado cerca uno del otro. De lo contrario, el servicio fue una experiencia positiva también.

21/03/2025: Locale cambiato totalmente rispetto a qualche anno fa. Ambiente e cibo migliorati. Buona l'idea dei piatti unici nei menù per velocizzare la scelta. I sapori sono buoni, MA le porzioni non sono sufficienti. Se i piatti unici costano dai 19 euro in su devono saziarti completamente. Specialmente un piatto unico vegetariano: un po' di riso una pida non enorme e tre ciotoline piccole di verdure o legumi non sono sufficienti per cenare. Andare a un ristorante indiano, mangiare pollo, riso, verdure (non materie prime costose!) spendere 35 euro a testa e uscire con un po' di fame...preso un dolce, piccolo anche quello. Non ci tornerei. Mi dispiace.

19/03/2025: We were craving Indian food, specifically Punjabi food, after being sick for several days. After calling around, we found Indiano Haveli Firenze still open and I trekked the kilometer or so to pick up our order. The whole family was there waiting after hearing our story and they were the nicest people. The food warmed our souls, and we feel like we have family in Italy now.

07/02/2025: In Italia, per motivi che immagino ma non riesco a spiegarmi, la cucina indiana non ha grandi estimatori. Forse l’assenza di persone originarie dell’India che vivono nel nostro territorio. Oltre ad essere un buon ristorante indiano é anche dotato del forno Tandoori, un forno verticale che ha una cottura particolare che rende molto gustose le carni e le focacce ( il roti ad esempio). Ampio menu e personale gentile e socievole , prezzi che a Firenze sono definibili “popolari”.

07/02/2025: Ambiente bellissimo, sembra di essere in India. Menù sterminato, veramente incredibile e veramente tipico, tutto era veramente gustoso, non c'era un virgola fuori posto! Il servizio ottimo, ci hanno anche offerto un digestivo alla frutta.

11/04/2025: Tout etait parfait. Le decor trop sympa, le personel serviable et sympathique. Le quartier calme et agreable. Le repas excellent. Vrai gout de la cusine indienne. Nous y retournerons c est sur.

31/03/2025: Comida increíble muy recomendable que personalizan la comida según su gusto. El personal es muy cooperativo y le asisten con el menú y después de servir el plato toman sus comentarios también.
