16/03/2025: From 5 stars to 2 stars, only for the owner or waitress who always has a justification for every mistake they make without NEVER wanting to admit their mistakes and without ever listening to the customer. 🤷🏼♀️
They make you pay €10 for a badly made Uramaki, with the absence of a fundamental ingredient such as Teriyaki (well reported in their menu) by only adding a cooked prawn and very little mayonnaise that you can barely taste with a vegetable and with the additional addition of a "Soy" sauce (set aside) in place of the Teriyaki, which I repeat WAS NOT THERE anywhere, making the rolls bitter. And they also arrived cold. 🤷🏼♀️
And it's not the first time this has happened, as a regular customer it should be added that every time the Japanese rolls arrive too wet with oil, inedible and always to be thrown away, and it has been said several times but she immediately changes her attitude, showing herself to be unpleasant for what she is, rather than accepting the criticism, and trying to improve and pay more attention without much beating around the bush trying to be right in the face of the customer, this leaves a lot to be desired, too bad.

€200 + €3.00 of water
The place is well furnished and with taste you can order a maximum of 5 courses from a tablet.
Excellent food, good quality and natural in the sense that there is none or less inside, it doesn't make you feel bloated.
Friendly staff if not all Chinese or Asian there are Pakistanis.
All good to return

15/02/2025: I was there last night for the first time. The environment at the entrance is not beautiful but then it improves in the room on the lower floor. We arrived at 8.30pm and the first courses arrived at 9.40pm. The thing we were most disappointed about was that our order was taken after three couples who had entered well after us and this resulted in a significant delay. Ravioli and a first course arrived lukewarm. Probably prepared but brought to the table late. Nothing to say about the food which is truly remarkable. But waiting too long and dishes not being hot influenced our opinion. Customer attention needs to be improved

20/02/2025: Ideal for a special lunch or dinner, the location is very good, next to the river with views of both bridges, the atmosphere is relaxed and the details are very well taken care of, and the food is DELICIOUS, especially the sushi. Looking forward to returning to try the rest of the menu, I recommend 100%

15/02/2025: Apart from the fact that it costs a lot compared to the others. Friendly staff and nice place but the food TERRIFYING, it definitely can be improved. Menu far behind and lacking compared to the competition, in the other sushi there is much more choice especially for those who are vegetarian and here the basics are missing (such as vegetable udon, avocado nigiri, rice dumplings, etc.). Nothing personal, but never again.

The environment
As soon as you cross the threshold of Fude Ramen, you enter a completely different world compared to the previous reality of I-Sushi. The new style is bold, vibrant, a declared homage to Japanese pop culture, with visual references ranging from the most iconic manga to three-dimensional reproductions of famous characters. It is an aesthetic that can divide, certainly closer to lovers of the genre than to those seeking sobriety and minimalism. But what matters is the intention, and here the intention is clear: to amaze, entertain and transport you into an atmosphere that recalls the most contemporary Japan.
The menu and the cuisine
With the new name, the menu has abandoned the all-you-can-eat formula to embrace an à la carte proposal, a choice that promises a more refined and conscious experience. And it partially keeps its promise. Ramen are the beating heart of the cuisine: rich, generous and with a balance of flavors that caresses the palate. Each bite tells the complexity of a dish designed to be complete, capable of satisfying both the taste and the sight.
The sushi, on the other hand, despite maintaining a good quality of raw material and careful processing, does not reach the creative leap that one would expect from such a renewed proposal. It is a correct interpretation, but without the spark of uniqueness that could make it memorable.
Conclusions
Fude Ramen is not just a restaurant, but an experience that embraces the senses, from taste to imagination. It is a journey that is appreciated, although not without some room for improvement, especially for those who approach it with high expectations. Ultimately, a place where ramen becomes the protagonist and the cuisine invites to be experienced with lightness and curiosity.
09/02/2025: A beautiful discovery!
We usually eat in places with the all you can eat, but after too many meals we tried this one, which in the evening only offers à la carte. Well, delicious ramen, delicious sushi, fresh fish and everything very well looked after!
With a ramen and some rolls I was super satisfied, not super cheap but still spending less than at an all you can eat.
To top it all off, for anime fans like me, the environment is wonderful! Everything Naruto and Luffy themed, there are also disguises available that you can wear for fun!!
It just became my favorite place 😍

19/01/2025: Era il nostro riferimento per una serata di sushi, ora dovremo cercarne un altro. Seduti alle 19.15, ce ne siamo andati alle 22.00 dopo aver ricevuto neanche la metà di quanto ordinato. E le pietanze fatte neanche bene. Scandaloso.... alla nostra rimostranza ci hanno fatto uno sconto ridicolo. Peccato. Sarebbe bastato un servizio clienti attento, qualcuno che spiegasse le difficoltà della serata, magari una bibita offerta nell'attesa per migliorare l'esperienza.
18/01/2025: Cibo buono ma servizio pessimo... siamo arrivate alle 19:20 e il primo piatto di sushi è arrivato alle 20:10. Abbiamo chiesto al cameriere se ci fosse qualche problema e ci ha riso in faccia. Molti dei nostri piatti non sono mai arrivati perché la cameriera sbagliava tavolo. C'è bisogno di un giorno di ferie per mangiare 4 pezzetti di sushi...

14/02/2025: Disappointing experience at this sushi restaurant. There were 4 of us, we arrived at 7.15pm and left at 9.15pm, but in two hours we only managed to eat 12 dishes. The wait was endless: an hour and a half just to receive the first 4 dishes. The terrible service: we asked the waitress for explanations, but she simply said that it was not her responsibility. Non-existent organization and total lack of attention to customers. We definitely won't be back.
