Hisyou is simply my favorite Japanese restaurant. The ingredients are of excellent quality, incredibly fresh, and meticulously crafted: every dish tastes like it's been prepared with great care and passion.

Top restaurant! Food, atmosphere, location, staff, all excellent. Valentine's Day lunch was a great experience. Both raw and cooked dishes were delicious (I recommend the spring rolls). We'll be back :)

The atmosphere is enchanting, relaxing, and very evocative. The interior is elegant, with impeccable color schemes. The dishes are plentiful and of superb quality; the fish melts in your mouth. I've always chosen it since I first went there. I consider it the best in Bassano del Grappa, and also in the area. The owner is truly welcoming and professional, and all the staff are well-trained for their roles. 👑❤️

The food was very good, the atmosphere was nice, but there were WAY too many seats: it was extremely loud, and the space was cramped. Terrible service: over an hour's wait for food.

The €15.90 lunch menu, which includes a choice of four dishes, is excellent! Quality ingredients and generous portions; the nigiri in particular are truly delicious.
The view of the Bassano Bridge is fantastic, and the interior is modern and elegant.
