08/12/2025: Poor quality, bordering on edible. High prices. Truly embarrassing.

08/12/2025: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! CALL THE NAS!!!! Dirty, messy, sauces open for any kind of bacteria or insect to get into, food stale, rubbery, inedible, staff don't even know what they're talking about when you ask about the dishes, very rude owner, and repetitive but unacceptable. Dirty, dirty, dirty place. Never ruined an evening again and spent €63 for two on the all-you-can-eat menu.

04/11/2025: Welcoming hotel in the heart of Verona, renovated and comfortable. Very tasteful. Good breakfast. The only flaw was the lack of a courtesy kit in the room.

02/11/2025: I recommend Hotel Italia. The staff was excellent, the cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was good, although the tablecloths could use a dustbin. The room was very comfortable. The only flaw (for me) was that the pillows were too hard and too high. If you see the hotel from the outside, you wouldn't trust it, but once you go inside, it's a beautiful hotel and very well-kept. Thank you for your kindness and helpfulness. Excellent staff.

However, we ordered a bottle of water for my partner and me, and they charged us for two people drinking from it, not for the bottle we ordered (€3), but for the number of people who drank from it (€6). It's like if I order a beer, my partner tries it, and they charge us both. Furthermore, charging €3 per person is outrageous. The dishes themselves weren't great, but trying to squeeze money out of us in other ways seems absurd. The food was good, and the service was good.

09/11/2025: The best sushi restaurant I've ever eaten at. The staff was attentive, friendly, and understanding; the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The food was extraordinary, and the portions of fish were truly generous and of high quality. Kudos to the kitchen staff. The service I experienced yesterday evening, October 21, was made even better by the warm and professional wait staff. I regret not having discovered this place sooner; it will be my first choice from now on. I'll conclude by adding that the bill also surprised me: the balance has never been so good.
