28/07/2024: I recently visited the sushi restaurant and unfortunately the experience was not the best. From the beginning, the chef's lack of experience was noticeable. The preparation of the dishes left a lot to be desired: the cuts of the fish were not precise or well executed, compromising the presentation and, above all, the taste. The overall flavor of the dishes did not live up to expectations, lacking the freshness and delicacy typical of good sushi. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but greater attention to quality and technique in the preparation of sushi is needed.

01/10/2024: Good as always. Excellent sliced, quick service. To go and come back. 1.10 done a bit of shopping, always the same well stocked. It entices.

12/03/2024: Place located in the heart of the city. Atmospheric environment with modern and chic decor. Very varied dishes and all freshly prepared ranging from meat to fish, from first courses to sushi. Friendly service, but a little slow. Prices a little high, but quality food & drink. P.S. in the center there is the Z.T.L. so you have to park outside at the two entrances facing west or east.

10/08/2024: I didn't expect to write this review, but lately the quality of the products they sell is not good at all, salmon should be odorless but this actually tastes like non-fresh fish, it certainly gives off a nauseating smell. I'm sorry but I won't be coming back again.

08/08/2024: What a shame, what a shame. I was there on a Wednesday evening. Welcoming interiors, smiling and friendly waiters, very clear and simple order system via tablet (8/10 minutes between one order and another), beautiful dishes and fast service. BUT, the raw fish (salmon, tuna, etc) totally without any taste. I have rarely found such an unappetizing fish in other places....and the soy sauce, for my taste, inedible (it tasted like very salty water). The potential is there, there is room for improvement from the food point of view.

03/08/2024: The modern room is very large and clean, the service was impeccable. We went for lunch and found a lot of variety of dishes. Truly spectacular!!!

30/07/2024: Absolutely a place to avoid. The food is the worst part, in fact the fish is absolutely not fresh, the fried foods are done very poorly (mixed tempura should be avoided) and what's more the presentations are poorly done. The service is another truly scandalous thing; this is because dishes never ordered arrive and those ordered do not arrive. The environment is slightly better than the rest if we don't consider the shrimps that have gone bad under the decorative stones.

04/09/2024: Unbearable and rude staff, very slow service. Sushi with too much rice probably to hide the low quality of the fish, little variety. Cooked salmon has the same consistency as straw. Excessive prices. On the site it says that students are entitled to a discount. which was not given to us because schools have not started yet. We had ordered a half liter of water but the waitress brought us a 0.75 liter of water and refused to change it.

01/09/2024: The sushi with Philadelphia together with seaweed with sesame is really good, recommended if you want to have a Japanese cuisine lunch with someone. Good value for money for all you can eat.
