Moi Omakase E Sake
Prato, 30-45€
17/10/2025: An incredible experience, the quality is top-notch. A must-do. "Trust" the wines, too, because the pairings are extremely interesting with high-quality products.
15/10/2025: I'm so happy there's a place like this in my city. The chef was extremely polite and witty, but above all, brilliant. He knew how to entertain without losing sight of the focus: the food. We ate divinely; everything was exquisite. It wasn't just a dinner, but an experience. Special mention also for the service. Omnipresent, but never intrusive. Smiling and extremely kind. We had a wonderful evening, thank you.

Henkō Sushi Restaurant
Prato
17/11/2025: Very good food, the waiters were kind, polite and attentive to the needs of the customers.
11/11/2025: We had dinner (so to speak) two nights ago, ordering two poke bowls. What can I say? Absolute horror, frozen food, and a complete mess.
The rice was all in one piece and missing the seasoning I'd requested, namely oil.
Protein, sides, and toppings were optional; it was all rice, and it was so awful we left it on the table.
The waiter and cashier didn't even ask why or if everything was okay.
I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy, to be honest.

Nagoya
Prato
19/10/2025: I just ordered some sushi on Just Eat and I have to say it's the worst sushi I've ever eaten in my life, it made me feel sick and want to vomit!
13/10/2025: I've tried them all, and after having lunch there twice, I can confirm that the quality here is significantly superior. Kudos to the kitchen!

Ginza Japanese Restaurant
Prato
13/10/2025: The food is well-presented but tastes like any other all-you-can-eat restaurant, but the price is exorbitant for being à la carte.
The atmosphere is dark and '90s-style, nice but nothing that would suggest anything exclusive.
The service is acceptable, but there's a clear language barrier and they're quite slow in bringing the dishes—half an hour for uramachi.
There's ample parking, but watch out for potholes.
Overall, €70 for 2 spaghetti, 8 uramachi, and 12 pieces of salmon sashimi seems excessive to me.
12/09/2025: A la carte Japanese restaurant with a wide selection of raw fish. Good quality. Decent service and atmosphere. Prices are quite high.
