31/05/2025: An exceptional experience from every point of view, starting from the encyclopedic but never pedantic knowledge of chef Preite, up to the choice of wines and sakes, which reflect the philosophy of the chef himself. The consistencies are, in my opinion, the strong point of the experience. The chef and his commis were extremely friendly and allowed a beautiful complicity to be created with the other diners present.

15/05/2025: Really welcoming place, they were really kind and professional. It was a unique experience, not the classic dinner but a journey where you trust the chef and say what he proposes to you. An experience, obviously not suitable for everyone but for those who understand the sacrifice and passion behind their work. The chef was very polite even with people who were disrespectful during the experience, also because having booked 5 months ago and seeing another customer complaining the whole time because he wanted to smoke and was politely told not to do so out of respect for the other customers since it is not a classic dinner ruined the atmosphere a bit. But evidently this was not understood. The chef remained patient and was polite until the end.

11/05/2025: The fried bread is crispy and soft, very fragrant and delicious. I like it. I can also eat red shrimp and crayfish at noon. I am happy. The presentation is very simple. The environment is also very simple. The service staff is very friendly.

22/06/2025: Terrible experience, I wanted to try a new Sushi, but I have never seen a Sushi restaurant so Measly portions... Gunkan literally stuffed with rice wrapped in a VERY THIN strip of Salmon. Sashimi cut into thin slices and they don't even seem to be of good quality, in fact they frayed easily (EVERYTHING IN THE PICTURE) Already the portions at Lunch on the Weekend are limited to 2 portions per person, but at least those few must be done well plus on the weekend you pay a higher price. Even in the uramaki, slices are still very thin... IT'S ALL TOO thin... Usually if I don't have an exaggerated experience I don't write reviews for small defects... But this restaurant has a really great one... One goes to eat at a Sushi to eat sushi not to just ENJOY the taste. I don't think I'll ever go back...
PS: The Salmon Carpaccio in the photo is 2 portions on a plate.

11/05/2025: Il miglior sushi di tutta Prato… Bellissimo locale arredato con cura nei minimi dettagli… Ottimo menu di cucina giapponese con una qualità estremamente elevata delle materie prime, oltre che Professionalità, disponibilità e simpatia. Super consigliato!
11/05/2025: Great sushi and super fresh! The food was delicious, and the service was quick. It was a bit noisy with other kids around, but still a great spot for a casual meal.

29/06/2025: Above average for quality and variety and preparation....but I must reluctantly note that the gentleman who answers the phone, welcomes and serves in the dining room (I don't know if he manages the restaurant) is the main reason why the restaurant is not appreciated but above all never full not even on weekends....and you can notice it from the fact that when there is only the lady it seems like you are in another restaurant as she is the exact opposite of the gentleman who asks to book for AYCE even when there is only one table to eat.
22/06/2025: Great food, nice and spacious place with plenty of parking.
Lunch menu not very big but decent, although having to use the paper version in addition to the one on the phone to understand what you are ordering is not the best
Of course, the guy with the glasses is very keen to close the orders by a certain time and I understand that you may not like it, but they make up for it with a really fast and attentive service
