Moi Omakase E Sake
Prato, 30-45€
21/01/2026: A one-of-a-kind experience. If you're looking for a taste of the unique and authentic Japanese flavor, this restaurant is for you. The ingredients are beyond excellent, the atmosphere inside the restaurant is special, and the waitress is incredibly attentive and kind. You'll feel pampered from start to finish and can't wait to return. A heartfelt thank you to Francesco, who walked us hand in hand to experience the passion, dedication, and sacrifice that goes into creating all this.
Manuel and Chantal.
21/01/2026: It's not just about eating great food, but rather a true sensory experience, accompanied along the way by Francesco's explanations.

Nagoya
Prato
17/01/2026: I've been to Nagoya on Viale Europa several times, and since it closed, I wanted to know if the other locations also offered the vegetarian and vegan options I usually eat (the sushi rolls are very good, I wish there were more options).
We called Nagoya in Prato and couldn't make ourselves understood, and at one point they rudely hung up on us.
The food was good, but the service was terrible!
19/10/2025: I just ordered some sushi on Just Eat and I have to say it's the worst sushi I've ever eaten in my life, it made me feel sick and want to vomit!

Ginza Japanese Restaurant
Prato
13/10/2025: The food is well-presented but tastes like any other all-you-can-eat restaurant, but the price is exorbitant for being à la carte.
The atmosphere is dark and '90s-style, nice but nothing that would suggest anything exclusive.
The service is acceptable, but there's a clear language barrier and they're quite slow in bringing the dishes—half an hour for uramachi.
There's ample parking, but watch out for potholes.
Overall, €70 for 2 spaghetti, 8 uramachi, and 12 pieces of salmon sashimi seems excessive to me.
12/09/2025: A la carte Japanese restaurant with a wide selection of raw fish. Good quality. Decent service and atmosphere. Prices are quite high.
