21/02/2026: A high-class restaurant at an affordable price: it offers original and traditional dishes, all meticulously presented; it's frequented by nice, polite people; it has a very efficient ordering system, allowing you to enjoy your food at your leisure; and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The tempura is crispy, light, and plentiful, the best I've ever had after years of frequenting so many other AYCE restaurants. The ambiance is extremely elegant, with a stunning view of the river. Unmissable (if you can find a seat!)
19/02/2026: Best sushi in Pisa. After a period where the quality had somewhat dipped, I've been back two or three times for lunch and have been satisfied. It must be said, however, that there isn't much real competition in the area.

07/03/2026: I've been going to this restaurant with my wife for several years now, and I can say it's a guarantee.
The food is delivered by the belt and extras are available via QR code. Everything is incredibly fresh, and there's a great variety, especially in the evenings.
Every now and then, the chefs try something new, which, if it works, is later included in the menu.
The modern, spotlessly clean atmosphere and friendly staff complete the restaurant.
10/02/2026: Frozen sushimi. Poor quality.
Poorly packaged and sticky uromaki.
I won't be returning.

04/06/2025: Un buon ristorante a due passi sa centro, la qualità è buona, ottima la pulizia e il servizio è rapido e il personale gentile.
06/03/2025: I went to eat at this restaurant one evening in February (recommended by friends). Table for two. But I have to say, I didn't enjoy the experience. The menu wasn't very rich in choice, the quality was very low, and the service was very slow despite the small number of customers that evening. Furthermore, many of the food didn't arrive in full, and the little that did arrive wasn't what we ordered. The staff was inattentive.

14/06/2025: É la terza volta che ci vado e ogni volta usciamo molto soddisfatti.
La cuoca giapponese cucina un ottimo ramen con ingredienti selezionati e continue varietà.
Aperto solo la sera perché la preparazione del brodo richiede mezza giornata, pochi tavoli ed atmosfera raccolta.
Il personale, molto gentile, spiega accuratamente i piatti e da buoni consigli.
Locale piccolo e richiesto, si consiglia di prenotare con anticipo.
07/05/2025: Vengo da Perugia (3:30h) per godermi il ramen di questo fantastico locale. Dai japas, ai dolci, tutto il menú è piú che strepitoso. Odori e sapori autentici della cucina giapponese senza polverine magiche o solventi chimici: puro umami estratto da ingredienti di primissima qualità e composti in maniera eccelsa. Menzione d'onore agli olii e le componenti piccanti che veramente danno un bel calore al piatto senza trasformarsi in torture di capsaicina.
