07/04/2026: Since it recently changed management, it's really gotten worse. Bland menu, tasteless fish, terrible service, incredibly slow and inattentive. It's a shame because the location would be nice 😓 NB. As of April 2026, I have to say it's much improved. The ramen, although the broth isn't anything exceptional, has good toppings, and the appetizers are truly delicious. The menu is simple, but the prices are really reasonable. And although the food is limited, it's really good. I was particularly impressed by the vegetables, which I'd never eaten anywhere else, and also by the grilled fried rice, which nowadays has become truly impossible to find in Asian restaurants, and which I adore.

31/03/2026: An authentic little spot hidden in the heart of San Giovanni! One, if not the only ramen worthy of the name.
