03/04/2024: Very nice environment, shame because everything else doesn't work. Staff with a total lack of patience, who after the third time in less than 5 minutes returned to take the order forced us to do so via the app. Two formulas with a choice of 3 or 6 courses, there were 5 of us, and the obligation of having to all choose the same formula.... Absurd. Very high bill and dishes bordering on sufficiency. It's a shame, because until a few months ago it was a top place....

22/01/2024: I'm fond of Fusion... I've been coming for many years but something has changed since it reopened more than a year ago... in addition to the management, the restyling doesn't really convince me... before the atmosphere was wonderful, now it's a bit cold... the food it's definitely not at the level it was years ago. So many beautiful things have changed in Florence... what a shame!
14/01/2024: Underwhelming for sure! Reviews did me dirty. Service was good. Food was ehhh, definitely had more option in the review pictures than the menu. Limited options… very limited. Special drinks were not very special, and the bill was more than I spent on any other restaurant here with less than half the food and half the taste.

22/02/2024: Saturday at dinner... as soon as we arrived the waitress welcomed us with the list of things they DIDN'T HAVE!... No tuna... No prawns... no salmon... No tartare etc.... They served a table evidently friends of the owner, long before us even if they arrived after us. They didn't even ask us if we wanted wine. The table they sat us at was exactly 50 × 60 cm... smaller than a bar table. The waitress served with a smug and very presumptuous air. Not at all friendly. An experience not to be repeated at all. I absolutely don't recommend. They give us much better places in the center of Pistoia.
26/01/2024: I had been here other times, as a lover of oriental food (in my opinion it offers the best uramaki in Pistoia).
This time I left more space for the second soul of the restaurant, the more Mediterranean one, and it was definitely worth it. I found the passion that the young and promising Chef shows in describing his proposals in the dishes. In addition to the tempura, we took two fish first courses which gave us mixes of innovative flavours, fresh and intense at the same time, but never invasive. See you soon!

30/03/2024: I order on deliveroo and I get the order without ingredients, large poke, you spend €15 to eat for lunch at work and I miss the base of the poke, the rice and avocado are missing which I even paid extra for so instead to spend to eat and satisfy myself, I eat and I'm hungry.
01/03/2024: I swear as soon as I took the first bite I knew I was going to be sick, I haven't told you what I do all evening.
The guys are nice but the food is poor

06/04/2024: Medium-poor experience. Newly renovated restaurant. Clean (even if aseptic) environment. Very friendly staff, but constant errors on practically all dishes. Average food, rice a little too acidic.
24/02/2024: Extremely disappointing food:
- the chicken karaage was western style fried chicken. Real karaage is made without breadcrumbs but with potato starch. Also it should be made from chicken thigh, potentially marinated in soy sauce. This instead was nothing better than a KFC
- the salmon nigiris and chirashi don were extremely average
- the unagi don was acceptable
The restaurant is pretty though.

26/12/2023: The pictures on the menu look delicious - but the serving doesn’t deliver up to the pictures. It seems like it is factory food - just unwrapped for serving. No real chef seems to be involved.
06/10/2023: the food is poor, the service is slow and the environment is unkept and has an unpleasant smell. The site is not updated as it confirms that the price of the all you can eat is €11.90 while in the restaurant it is €14.90. The staff is not organized and not trained to make change and the prices of the drinks are exaggerated

31/12/2023: Mi sono sentita truffata e trattata con supponenza . Avevamo prenotato un tavolo per Capodanno alle 21 e ci avevano promesso un tavolo all’esterno con copertura garantita anche con maltempo. Alle 19 ha iniziato a piovere e alle 20 per aver conferma della serata NOI abbiamo chiamato il ristorante che ci hanno annullato la cena perché senza adeguata copertura (maleducazione dei dipendenti a parte). Quindi oltre a non averci avvisato, il meteo prevedeva pioggia alle 23: ci avrebbero fatto iniziare la cena per poi cacciarci in caso di pioggia con solo un conto salato da pagare.
04/11/2023: Passeggiando per forte dei marmi ci siamo ritrovati in questo ristorante. Cibo nella media prezzi alti . Servizio buono , i ragazzi erano molto simpatici.
