10/12/2024: We entered this restaurant almost by chance, but it turned out to be an extraordinary discovery! From the first moment we were welcomed with great warmth and professionalism. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and ready to satisfy every need, making the experience truly pleasant and relaxing.
The dishes are of excellent quality, freshly prepared with fresh ingredients and expertly narrated by the staff, who describes each course with passion and competence, adding a special touch to the meal.
The service is impeccable and the atmosphere of the place is perfect, with attention to the smallest details to make guests feel at ease. We were thrilled and can't wait to return to relive this wonderful experience!

I had the pleasure of dining at this sushi restaurant twice in one month and was really impressed with the quality of the food and the overall experience. Each dish was an explosion of freshness and flavour, with an attention to detail rarely found elsewhere. Very good I will definitely be back!

Convenient large car park in front.
Recommended.
29/10/2024: Excellent choice of wines and spirits, helpful and knowledgeable staff. If you want to give gifts you will also receive excellent advice... pop in, it's worth it.

- the pizzas were surprisingly good and the dessert was outstanding. The service is always friendly and quick.
However, if you want a typical Italian flair, this is the wrong place.

07/12/2024: I ordered Cucina takeaway, a €95 box, I arrived at 1.07pm (23 minutes early) to order an extra portion of rolls, from there they started my order which I had placed the night before for 1pm :30..
At 1.45pm my food is finally ready, the owner, who up until then had done nothing, decided to start working right at that moment and takes my bags and prepares me a spicy sauce (tiny as can be see from the photo) for the entire order I placed (22 dishes), to which I innocently ask him “but for all this food will you just give me that sauce?” And in response, in a very rude way, he turns with his back to me, to go get the containers, and tells me "you have to pay for the sauces"... First of all, I never asked you to give them to me, you're 20 minutes late, I ordered a lot of food and you want to give me just a sauce? But what ways are they? Furthermore, I paid you for three Coca-Colas that you didn't even put in my bag, and you also tried to blame the staff (I have the message you wrote to me in WhatsApp) when in fact the blame is only yours, owner, because the Coca-Cola staff had put them next to the bags, it's you who didn't give them to me when you handed me the bags.
Personally, I don't recommend this place even to my worst enemy, precisely because of the treatment of the owner who doesn't deserve a single euro, I highly recommend you take an extra step, because in Ponte Tresa there are some truly spectacular Japanese restaurants with owners super nice and polite who are really worth it and worth all your money, anyway, now let me explain why the other restaurants were full and you only had six tables
..so if you really want advice, don't go to Soy Sushi.
05/12/2024: I have been eating in this place for years. I find it very good for families who like to eat sushi and feel in a perfect family atmosphere.

The four of us enjoyed a nice dinner in the Yama Fusion restaurant.
The staff is friendly and helpful, the best in the country!
Very nice presentation of the food and quick to arrive.
The fried tofu, nighiri tamago and unaghi are super good.
The quality of the fish is good, corresponding to the level of other restaurants in the region.
