28/06/2025: When aesthetics only make the difference. Yes, because the dishes are well presented and served in a very rigorous and careful way. They are scenographic and the long wait makes you think of quality preparations (10 tables occupied, 45 minutes for a shrimp burger). Then when you taste it you feel like you are in any quality AYCE. After you have traveled to Japan, after you have tried starred Japanese restaurants (and not with prices too far from this), it is not worth spending 50 euros per person (2 courses and 1 sparkling water). Of course the à la carte menu is chic and in fact the clientele of Milanese imbruttito and provincial Varese places it among the places with a lot of smoke and mediocre roast. 14/06/2025: Very elegant and clean place, kind waiters and excellent lunch formula. The sushi was delicious and very fresh. The free fruit was also much appreciated. Perhaps the only flaw was the slightly slow service.
