04/03/2025: Very nice restaurant, between the bottles and the Parma hams. Friendly service but something went wrong. Asked for 2 lemonades, only got 1. Asked for 2 Caesar salads, only got 1. And it was really substandard, large bowl with only lettuce, a few pieces of chicken and a little cheese. My husband had pasta, which was tasty but not really hot. Price also way too expensive for what it is. Regrettably.

09/03/2025: I must say that the food is very good there is no doubt about this, except for the painful service since most of the things did not arrive and my group and I left still hungry despite the various calls for dishes that did not arrive at the table, while for the environment I can say that it tastes closed and I didn't like it very much.

08/03/2025: The food is very good. Only the miso soup didn't make me crazy. The (low) rating for the service is probably due to the fact that I was there on Saturday evening: very long waits, the dishes arrived very slowly and I was no longer hungry; orders not respected. Finally, after an hour and a half of waiting for 10 dishes they even took my iPad away because it was serving other tables 🥲.

15/02/2025: One of the most unlikely experiences of my life. I book for Valentine's evening a week in advance at 10.15pm (so it's true that one of the busiest evenings for a restaurant but at a quieter time). I tried to contact them all week at different times and the phone was always off the hook. In the afternoon I had to call another restaurant in their chain to ask to move the reservation by half an hour. When we arrive at the restaurant, a kind but breathless girl who is obviously overworked tells me that she disconnected the phone because she kept receiving calls since it was a busy evening and she was busy alone with two other colleges serving a 3-storey restaurant and taking care of home deliveries. I don't argue and follow his advice to go up to the second floor (the first call was made on Tuesday morning to ask to be able to sit on the top floor from the terrace but I was informed that it was closed. By email). On the second floor we are welcomed by a Brazilian lady who with a smile tells us to wait a moment because our table is not ready but anyway there are two guys who are getting up because the food hasn't arrived at the table. I asked her if the situation in the kitchen was such that we could have dinner that evening and she answered us very honestly "mmm I don't think so, I can't confirm it" So, discussing with my wife, we were convinced that telephones were used to receive phone calls and restaurants were used to feed people, so we went somewhere else for dinner.

14/02/2025: We had dinner here on Valentine's evening, as soon as we entered the "head waitress" ordered us to leave the table within an hour in an arrogant manner. I would like to point out that we entered at 7.10pm and the food was served to us at 8.00pm, so we would have had to leave after 10 minutes. Throughout the dinner the head nurse always addressed customers and deliveroos in a rude manner. The food is good and the fish is fresh but she was very annoying and ruined the experience.
