06/03/2024: I went in specifically for the vegan sushi created in collaboration with Joysonfire and I was not disappointed.
I also had two non-vegans participate in the tasting and they were pleasantly surprised.
The Crispy Rice is super recommended, but the other rolls are also worth it.
Proposal for @daruma: why not make a few more vegan dishes?

07/03/2024: An absolutely luxurious experience. A Japanese restaurant where one dish is better than the other. And we really tasted a lot of different dishes. Exemplary service.
Desserts, ice creams and drinks are not included in all you can eat, these are paid for separately.

I recommend the more particular types of sushi, which stand out from the others due to their more intense flavours. The Gioza and spaghetti soba are also good

28/03/2024: I went last night with the all you can eat option (not among the cheapest even though it was midweek), there is also an à la carte option. The fish is good but I have tasted better, the service a little chaotic and at times slow. The atmosphere is relatively calm, without too much cuteness.
