26/03/2024: I returned for the second time after years because I remember having eaten excellent sushi.
This time I got:
Bread, butter and caviar
Grilled octopus
Shellfish ravioli, tomato extract with ginger and Iberian jamon
Chocolate cake with white heart
Refined dishes, delicious!
Attentive and very kind staff
Intimate environment
Congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back😊
21/03/2024: Beautiful place, romantic atmosphere, good service, excellent food, but small portions compared to the price. Enjoyed, in particular, excellent Rolls, both salmon and pistachio and sea bass, mango and bottarga. The fresh and colorful mixed course of 20 sushi and sashimi was nicely presented. Very hot “apple pancakes” with cups of vanilla ice cream and soft cream. A salmon and wasabi, ginger and soy sauce meatball included in the price is welcome.

10/09/2023: I always go to Junsei Sushi at Salary Center. The food is excellent but the best thing is the girl who is always at the bar. It is truly a rare pearl. If everyone had a staff like that they would make a fortune. She is the girl on duty this afternoon and who practically lives in there because she is always present. I compliment her on how she treats her customers and I congratulate you for choosing her because she is really good and should be valued even more. I go there mainly because of how he treats me and his smile. Thank you so much, you are a rare gem.

06/04/2024: What an incredible and intimate atmosphere. The cocktails are very original and the place is very pleasant and calm. We waited 15 minutes before getting a table. For cocktails, forget about classics, we didn't know any. Allow €16 for a cocktail.

17/03/2024: Very disappointed, on weekends we wait for an order for 50 minutes, and then it turns out they lost it, we have to order again AND WAIT AGAIN !!!! They don't bring a part of what was ordered, I have to constantly ask where my sushi is?!
It is better not to come on weekends, the kitchen works very slowly, they spoiled the mood for the whole family...

16/03/2024: Classic AYCE a few steps from the Ponte Lungo metro stop.
Very fast and impeccable service, very kind dining room staff.
Price slightly above average (€21 for lunch) quality slightly below average: the salmon sashimi tasted of nothing.
Definitely vast menu, some courses are really worth it.

17/03/2024: Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo scoperto questo ristorantino qualche mese fa, e ci ha conquistati fin da subito. In primis l'ambiente, è molto intimo e raccolto, pulito, informale restando elegante. Poi, il motivo principale per cui veniamo (oltre al cibo ottimo): la cortesia del personale, della proprietaria. La gentilezza, i tempi d'attesa perfetti per godersi un'ottima cena a base di sushi e cibo orientale. La qualità è ottima, consigliatissimo il carpaccio di salmone. C'è una vasta scelta, a partire dagli antipasti in poi. Ottima la scelta anche del vino. I prezzi sono assolutamente onesti.
Ne vale davvero la pena, per noi è una tappa fissa.

Not from Sushi Time. Beyond the location which finally differentiates itself from all Japanese restaurants, the quality of the sushi is truly exceptional. Sashimi with nice thick slices and original rolls and lots of fish. Don't underestimate the careful plating.

21/03/2024: I decided to try the place given the positive reviews. I am a fan of Japanese cuisine and eat it at least once a week. The guy who welcomes you is very kind and professional. Clean place. Unfortunately, the food needs to be reviewed a bit. Nigiri wrong proportions of rice, fish and obviously a lot of rice (rice that has no flavor and arrived lukewarm). The laser-cut fish already falls apart on the plate (is it fresh?). I decide not to continue with raw fish (better not to joke) and opt for hot dishes. I order very normal yaki soba (BUCKWHEAT spaghetti) and I get traditional light wheat spaghetti, I ask for info and they tell me that I'm used to other restaurants but it's like that at their place. Starters including bao all rigorously soaked in sauces and I wonder... could it be to cover the taste of the raw material? In my humble opinion, Japanese cuisine has nothing to do with it, if we're talking about Fusion or Oriental cuisine perhaps, but if you don't like sauces, stay away.
10/03/2024: We ordered "all you can eat" menu and tasted many recipies! LOVED IT!!❤️
