26/03/2024: I'm telling you about my experience during the Daruma Masterclass which was given to me by my partner. David followed us throughout the journey: 3 hours of journey through Japanese cuisine with a little theory at the beginning and a lot of practice afterwards together with chef Randy. At the end they also give you a little book where you can then redo everything that is said during the lesson at home, thanks to the simple text and photos that show everything in a clear and easy to understand way. Thanks again to David for his kindness, for his impeccable professionalism and for immersing us in this world. I also thank all the rest of his staff who welcomed us and treated us in an exemplary manner for the entire duration of the masterclass. Highly recommended as a couple's gift!

22/03/2024: Attracted by the new vegan proposals (but not only), we decided to have dinner here. The place is small, but very nice, near the Milvio bridge. It doesn't offer an all-you-can-eat formula, and the menu is less extensive than the classic sushi places, but quality is certainly prioritized over quantity. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a small welcome (roll with tuna, avocado and truffle). We tried the three vegan rolls, some fish rolls and the udon rolls. Vegan rolls are very tasty, especially the smoked tofu ones. Among the fish rolls, we took the spicy salmon (I wasn't crazy about it, I think we should add some vegetables) and the tropical vibe roll, which I highly recommend. The fish is very good and the rice is delicate and light (not the classic sticky and indigestible rice of some all you can eat). Possible to choose Japanese beers and teas. Average prices. Very kind and always available staff.

05/04/2024: Simply next level for what I expected in Rome. The quality was great and at a reasonable price for all you can eat! I wish I lived closer, but I know our local friends will be back!

05/04/2024: Beautiful place, I love pink. The tables and the furniture in general are very beautiful, with all the lights, flowers and particular chandeliers. The pink plush toys are adorable! Waiters quick in service and precise. Always smiling and kind. Good sushi but really small portions, never seen small like that. The quality is average, the price too. I appreciate the tablet supplied at the tables, it makes ordering very quick and intuitive. In general I recommend it, especially to those who want to have very Instagrammable photos taken!

31/03/2024: all you can eat in Rome with a good quality-price ratio. Portions are smaller than usual but it was appreciated in order to have space to taste all the dishes. Definitely a very instagrammable place full of colorful lights and plush toys. Well-kept environment. Fast and attentive service. Excellent choice of wines. Lots of gluten-free options. The weekend €29 each.

04/04/2024: The best Japanese restaurant in Rome. Run by Giuliano, son of Japanese parents who are also always present: impeccable in the quality of the food, the service and the kindness. Without words, ...only compliments!

03/04/2024: 5 girls spent more than 300 yuan and didn’t eat anything, so I chose a higher average price because there are even 2 of these 5 people who don’t like to eat raw food. It’s already 300 euros to eat like this. I can’t imagine it. How much would the boy eat if he were here? It’s not that he can’t afford it, but the original intention of spending so much money is to eat something good and not something like this. The first picture is from Sushisen. As an a la carte restaurant, the cheese underneath is very small, and the strawberries are very small. For me, as an a la carte restaurant, I put a whole one or at least half one! , The variety of dishes is also very poor. The things they put on the revolving restaurant are the same things after walking around for a long time. Next to it is a catering restaurant. As shown in the picture, the flour is evenly wrapped and the strawberry ingredients are correct! 05/04/2024: Food quality is way below expected. The ramen was tasteless, the portion size embarrassing. Sushi quality was way below average as well.

26/03/2024: The service was very good, the waiters weren't too pushy and were always very accommodating. The food and the associated ambience were also perfect. The quality of sushi was really very high, we have been there twice in our short time in Rome and can really only recommend it!

02/04/2024: The Location is simply STUNNING!!! Very beautiful location with attention to detail. The Location has a spectacular, breathtaking view!!! Excellent quality food, very friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming staff. The restaurant manager is very kind and qualified and gives excellent advice. Every time I return to this wonderful place, I am happy and happy. Advised!!!!

24/03/2024: Very elegant restaurant located on a hill with amazing views, ample parking, better to book via the appropriate app. For those who want to save something, go for lunch during the week with some dishes excluded, in the evening, Saturday and Sunday full menu cost, the portions are not exaggerated so I can taste a bit of everything or request what I particularly liked. Naturally, for those who prefer raw food in all its variations, it is better to have a broad menu in the evening. I frequent Asian restaurants a lot and I choose this one when I want to differentiate it from the standard food as there are some dishes that are different from other restaurants. I like to go there when I can. The service is impeccable with attentive room manager and waiters.

22/03/2024: it is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area, the sushi is very fresh and of high quality almost every day, the place is very nice but in some areas with the tables you are too close to other people, the service is good, then it certainly varies based on how many people are there, being a large place I understand that they may be slightly slower or have some forgetfulness, but still not kind and helpful, just point out to them if a dish is missing or the order is wrong, they will check on your iPad if they are wrong and they will correct the mistake hahaha
