Excellent Japanese specific restaurant

I went in specifically for the vegan sushi created in collaboration with Joysonfire and I was not disappointed. I also had two non-vegans participate in the tasting and they were pleasantly surprised. The Crispy Rice is super recommended, but the other rolls are also worth it. Proposal for @daruma: why not make a few more vegan dishes?

I went to this Daruma for dinner specifically to taste the vegan menu created by Joysonfire. What can I say, everything was absolutely delicious, and even my omnivorous companions tasted and enjoyed it very much. Super service and very nice owners! I will definitely come back to try other veg dishes <3.

I often go to this place on my lunch break. The assortment of foods is excellent, as is their quality and taste. The open kitchen is a plus. The staff is very kind and the service is fast. Personally I love the Daruma Roll and the Spicy. There is always a specific product for each period (Christmas, Valentine's Day, summer,..) with a new and pleasant taste. The only downside is that the room is a bit small. Price not very low but absolutely in line with the quality of what is served. Ultimately highly recommended, even for takeaway.

I went here with two colleague friends to try Joy's vegan sushi menu. I booked online and I did well because the space is very small. The place, from what I have seen, works a lot with delivery. In any case, the vegan sushi was very good and refined. At the beginning they offered us simple maki, always vegan. From the menu I also took the vegan gyoza ravioli and the rice with vegetables. Udon with well-seasoned and spiced peanut cream. Prices a little expensive but it's ok. At the checkout they also suggested I sign up to their app.

Small and welcoming place with few seats. Friendly and customer-focused staff. I was so curious to try the vegan menu created by Joy. In addition to the vegetable ravioli, I chose two types of rolls: Crispy Rice and Smoked, which are really good and full of flavour! I will definitely be back to try the other two dishes on the new vegan menu. Thank you for including these 100% vegetable dishes and for showing everyone that inviting vegetable sushi exists and not the usual rolls with only avocado or only cucumber. I didn't ask if it's already there, but if it wasn't yet I invite Daruma to think of a box or a varied vegetable boat that you can order both on site and online.

Maximum quality and very well looked after but it is inconceivable that you would undermine the beauty of your products with take away packaging that crushes them making them look like maps given that one of the strong points of Japanese cuisine, in addition to taste, is also aesthetics. Take taller and more suitable packs, it doesn't take much. The waiters are very kind and professional.

Sinceramente mi aspettavo di trovare almeno un minimo di all YouTube can eat ,ma va bene così. E' un bel locale e si mangia bene. Ma ripeto per me sushi e' all YouTube can eat altrimenti vado in posti dove so che pago per la massima qualità .

Sempre piacevole mangiare qui. Materie prime di ottima qualità e sempre freschissime.
