02/05/2024: A certainty! When I'm in Udine and I want sushi I go to 8 e 1/2 and I'm never wrong. Quality products, varied menu and kindness for a more than fair price.

05/08/2024: I really enjoyed eating at this restaurant. I was thrilled by the delicious dishes made with very fresh and high-quality ingredients. The waitress was friendly and accommodating. During both visits to the restaurant, she asked whether the dog needed water and even filled the bowl with fresh water in between. The ambience is calm and pleasant and the room is nicely decorated. I'd love to come back here!

27/06/2024: The place is welcoming and nice, it makes the most of the internal spaces, soundproofed from external traffic, but it would need a little more maintenance. The food was good but not wonderful, I expected more for what I paid: a ramen so I could eat it at home; the sushi was ok; mochi a little stale. Nice waitress, very kind, welcoming, but she seemed a little out of her element.

13/08/2024: First time: I'll start by saying that I'm demanding about cuisine and I admit that this restaurant pleasantly surprised me. Clean location, courteous, fast service with a smile, which doesn't hurt. At dinner time there were few customers so the service was very fast. Classic menu with some new notes. The tempura was surprising, one of the few really well done. I've tasted a bit of everything and I have to say I'll be back. R Pleasantly surprised. Well done

07/07/2024: I went to eat here with my baby and I had a great time especially thanks to the staff who were very friendly, kind and very nice even with the little one. Nothing to say about the sushi, everything is very good, the lunch menu is a little small but for the price it's fine. I wasn't crazy about the room which was a little dark, but I wanted to leave a positive review to reward the excellent service which nowadays isn't so obvious given the rudeness that goes around.

24/07/2024: Restaurant Japonais classique avec des brochettes et du poisson excellents. Le personnel est au petit soin et veille à ce que vous ne manquez de rien. Par contre il n'y a que des mochis glacés en dessert.

07/08/2024: Usushi has become a guarantee for us. We go there very often and are never disappointed. The gunkan with Philadelphia, tuna sashimi and more are very good... The desserts are truly exquisite. We highly recommend

11/08/2024: This reopening disappointed me a lot, the quality of the food was poor, some dishes arrived more than an hour after I ordered them, I also don't agree with the choice of not putting a plate in front to be able to place the cutlery/food. Very nice place, shame about the food, a bad experience, I will evaluate whether to return or not.

11/08/2024: Beautiful place, good food, quick service. You order your meals through a tablet, all you can eat is around 16 eur in lunchtime, drinks and desserts are not included.

13/08/2024: Since we have been coming to Lignano for years, we wanted to eat something different for a change. Ambience stylish and very clean, service friendly and explains everything very well. The sushi was exceptionally tasty and simply presented to the eye! We'll definitely be back!

04/08/2024: We wanted a change from Italian food in Lignano. So we picked out this restaurant and the menu really appealed to us. The ambience was very nice, the restaurant and the terrace were nice. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions and requests (vegetarian). The food was very tasty and there is a large, diverse selection of Asian dishes. The prices are a tad higher than Italian food in most Italian restaurants. The main courses could also be a bit larger for the price. However, since we had a starter, that was enough for us. This may be one reason why the restaurant was almost empty during our visit. Nevertheless, we would come back because Lignano is a great alternative to Italian food if you need a little variety. Absolutely clear recommendation!

10/08/2024: It can be said that the quality of the dishes is superior to the alternatives present in the city, with the exception of some menu items which are rather poor. Unfortunately, in Trieste it is difficult to eat quality sushi. Staff ok, the lady who takes care of the cashier we notice more and more lack of professionalism and sometimes she appears rather intrusive, indulging in unwelcome jokes with customers, she takes on too much confidence, a certain discretion should be maintained. I found all this almost embarrassing . So we will stop frequenting it because the experience is fundamental, beyond the menu proposal.

08/08/2024: Very clean restaurant and impeccable service.

17/07/2024: Too bad, great food but nightmare service! Unfortunately I have to give one star to this restaurant because, although the cuisine is truly excellent, the service was terrible. The external closing time indicates 11.30pm, but already at 10.45pm the waiters were passing with the broom between the tables and turning off the fridge lights. When I asked if such behavior was normal, I was told smugly that they had to close by 11pm because otherwise the owners would accuse them of being slow! It is truly unacceptable that customers are chased away in this way, when the place claims to be open until a later hour. Besides, it wasn't even rush hour, so there was no rush to close. I'm very sorry because, as I said, the quality of the food was really high. However, such poor service completely ruins the experience and doesn't make me want to return. I strongly advise against this restaurant to anyone who cares about receiving decent treatment.
