12/07/2025: I made a reservation today at 8:30 PM for two people. The place is very clean and quiet. The owners, a husband and wife team, were wonderful and incredibly kind. The sushi was excellent, in my opinion the best in Udine. Both the fish and the rice were delicious. Takeout is also available. A truly wonderful experience, highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

19/08/2025: A Chinese-Japanese restaurant with a classic all-you-can-eat menu. They have dishes for all tastes. When I return, they always have something new on the menu, which is nice. I find the food quality good. The service is quick and competent. Prices are average. They have parking in front, although it's often full, but you can still find a spot nearby. I appreciate the fact that they insisted on giving us a small discount, even though we said it wasn't a problem. To fix a small mix-up, a piece of cutlery fell and stained our jacket. Recommended.

07/08/2025: The sushi is delicious and carefully packaged. The grilled ravioli and special rice are excellent. Ordering from the website is easy, delivery is within half an hour, and payment on delivery via POS is really convenient.

03/08/2025: It's a nice hidden jewel, probably not as known as they would deserve. Food is great, and the ambient is beatiful; service is quick and nice. I'll surely return.

21/08/2025: We love coming here because we love Japanese food, but also because it's the best in Pordenone—both in terms of variety and quality. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful, you can talk, and the owner and staff are professional, especially the waitress Diana, who is smiling, attentive, and kind. Everything we've ordered—even takeout—has never disappointed us.

21/08/2025: Among sushi and all-you-can-eat restaurants, this is the best! The exterior may not be as flashy as other places, but the food is truly top-notch: fresh, tasty, and carefully prepared. The tartare, in particular, seems made with love.

31/07/2025: Azuma is a place you'll want to return to. It's close to home, and even though I haven't tried much other sushi, I've never felt the need to look elsewhere. The dishes are always carefully crafted, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor: the nigiri are never boring or predictable. The menu is extensive and varied, with regular additions that keep you curious. The atmosphere is intimate, welcoming, and always clean. The service is fast and attentive from start to finish. The staff always welcomes you with a smile and a kind word: a simple yet rare gesture that makes all the difference. A genuine relationship is created, one that goes beyond simple courtesy. Special attention is also given to children, who are treated with the same care as adults—and that's not to be taken for granted. Azuma isn't just sushi: it's a quality, friendly experience that makes you want to return.

21/07/2025: Strange. The sushi was okay, but I was told that the soup doesn't come before the main course, but rather when the chef has time. After a long wait, we canceled the appetizers when paying. The pretty waitress's shabby outfit seemed inappropriate to me.

26/06/2025: They have an affordable lunch with 5 small dishes (or 3 small dishes and 1 large) of your choice which makes this restaurant worthwhile. The udon chicken tastes great and the wasabi tastes authentic! The ambiance feels like a fancy Asian restaurant. Also, the toilet is good.

29/07/2025: One of the best places in Trieste! As a tourist I was unlucky to visit a lot of bad restaurants in Trieste, but this place gave me back the hope that there are still places with the decent service in this city. As a group of 4 we tried different things and all the food was tasty and fresh.

05/07/2025: Excellent food, I had the vegan sushi and was very happy with it. The fish sushi looked great. Very friendly service from all staff. Good atmosphere. Looked deceivingly quiet on entry for lunch but is very spacious inside.

13/08/2025: We came for lunch and the place was empty. The lunch selection is really poor, with very few dishes available (even no sashimi). The evening menu, however, seems much more extensive; I recommend checking the menu in advance to see what's available. Aside from the poor selection, the dishes didn't seem excellent. The fish was nowhere to be found, and everything seemed to have the same flavor. There were more than one dish I wished I hadn't finished.
