04/01/2025: The sushi is really excellent, fresh and carefully prepared. The staff is very kind and always available, they make you feel at ease straight away. Super recommended!
03/01/2025: Restaurant on the avenue, once inside you immediately notice care and design. There are various typical Japanese gems: the seats in front of the chef, the table with seating on the raised floor. Very nice, creates a great atmosphere. Exquisite food, fair price. Don't expect to pay as an all you can eat and walk out with your jeans unbuttoned. Here we go for quality, not quantity. Absolutely recommended, I'll be back to try everything.
Edit: I went back 4 more times. The quality of the food, the professionalism and kindness of the staff, has become my favorite place to dream of the East. Congratulations indeed

Went to this sushi place for the first time last night, I didn't expect such friendly staff and such good dishes.
Little internal seating and lots of takeaways could increase the wait for your dishes a little, so it's always better to book, both to eat there and to eat take-away.
The prices are more than fair for the quality you pay for, sometimes even low.
The fish was good, few condiments that managed to make the flavor of the sushi taste good, certainly appreciated.
I recommend steamed gyoza (difficult to find so balanced and good), tempura (both in sushi and individually) and above all fried ice cream for dessert.

30/12/2024: Beautiful, if you wanted to use a definition, it could have ended up "luxury" for its beauty, but in the end it is a well-kept and furnished Japanese-Chinese restaurant. All very good, maximum courtesy, really good prices.
To return often. It's ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT.

We have noticed a notable increase in the number of dishes on the menu, a lot of variety and novelties. The treatment is top notch.
We pleasantly noticed that the staff is super attentive, all alert and lively, moreover, very polite, respectful and also nice... the entrepreneur's mentality applied even in simple tasks. This is how it works.
They are like a war machine... they don't waste a second, but with order and in perfect silence. Gorgeous.

Food is good but not worth it.
03/01/2025: 4 months ago I gave 2 stars for various problems we had with food and waiters, on Sunday we returned with friends and I must say that I really found myself much better, good food and more competent waiters than a few months ago.
I will definitely come back

30/11/2024: Home service not at all up to the standard of the on-site one. Called at 6.30pm for the order, I was told that it would arrive at home at 7pm. It's 7.55pm and nothing has arrived. Also considering the cost I would say NEVER AGAIN

01/01/2025: I relied on Banshi Sushi for my New Year's Eve dinner since I had never tried it before and unfortunately I was really disappointed.
The place is very small and has limited seating (I recommend booking) but it is still welcoming.
The waiters were kind and smiling.
Unfortunately the sore point is the food.
The only thing I quite liked was the salmon sashimi.
The uramaki at philadelphia had too sticky rice and created a mess in the mouth. In the uramaki kena you couldn't even taste the tempura shrimp. The hosomaki salmon (gunkan) are really very small and have very little rice. The fish ramen broth was bland.
Somewhat sad platings, tuna tataki and tiger uramaki were the only dishes that were beautiful to look at.
I was also disappointed by the lack of takoyaki, a classic of Japanese cuisine.
The mango mochi I was aiming for in the end was the worst I've ever eaten, it had a really strange taste, I have a better brand of frozen food in the freezer.
High price for the quality of the food we ate, especially being an à la carte restaurant and you expect a lot from an à la carte restaurant, but instead I found more quality in some Ayces.
Obviously this is my opinion given by my tastes and seeing many positive reviews I am happy for the management of the restaurant. I don't have a master's degree in sushi but I'm sorry to say that anyone who judges this to be the best sushi in Udine has never tried others.
I'm so sorry but unfortunately I won't be going back.

10/08/2024: It can be said that the quality of the dishes is superior to the alternatives present in the city, with the exception of some menu items which are rather poor. Unfortunately, in Trieste it is difficult to eat quality sushi.
Staff ok, the lady who takes care of the cashier we notice more and more lack of professionalism and sometimes she appears rather intrusive, indulging in unwelcome jokes with customers, she takes on too much confidence, a certain discretion should be maintained. I found all this almost embarrassing .
So we will stop frequenting it because the experience is fundamental, beyond the menu proposal.
