23/04/2025: After a year of trying other sushi, we came back and found our dear old Sakura again! The location is simply the best you can find in a sushi restaurant in Udine. Tranquility, style, originality and courteous staff guarantee an experience unlike any other. The sushi are of excellent quality and large in portion (the gunkan perhaps even too large!). We will definitely come back to enjoy your delicious rolls and the relaxing atmosphere of your place...

05/04/2025: One of the nicest sushis I ever tried, an all you can eat made well. With a nice app, a nice menu and also a very understandable pricing. You can also order take away with most apps. The nicest thing about this is that for this price, you cannot find a better sushi place with this much choice. They were fast, very nice an also polite, will come again soon for sure!

11/04/2025: Vi avevo detto due volte di non mettere l'insalata sui shao mai perché sinceramente non sopporto solo l'odore e poi c'era scritto anche nello scontrino ma niente da fare l'avete messo ugualmente. Siete l'unico a posto che mettere insalata anche sui ravioli eccetera e non capisco cosa c'entra. Da parte mia se potete evitare sarebbe meglio perché comunque non lo fa nessuno e rovina il gusto della pietanza.

18/04/2025: The first challenge with Zushi is just writing it. Try it: WhatsApp, Telegram or any well-intentioned keyboard will turn it into "Sushi", as part of a conspiracy by the restaurants of the Land of the Rising Sun. And instead it is one of the most well-known and stylized gastronomic realities in the city. It's incredible how the new generation immediately recognizes quality (I'm talking about my daughters): you can't fool them with other sushi. Just one look at those perfect nigiri, the sashimi arranged like in a zen anatomy table, and the dishes that seem to pass an ISO 21621-style quality control (it really exists!) is enough to understand that here every detail counts. I suspect that between the kitchen and the dining room there is a secret room where each dish is scanned, X-rayed and, if it doesn't pass the test... it is incinerated along with the chef. Also because it seems that the kitchen staff changes as quickly as a Korean TV production: creative turnover or ritual sacrifice? Nobody knows. The result, however, is always exceptional. The only slight downfall: the yaki udon with beef and shiitake mushrooms (that's how it's spelled, if memory serves). But I suspect it's a karmic trap for those who dare to order a hot, soupy, beef dish at a place called Zushi. Come on, the message is clear: 'There are no Lubianske, you're here for the fish. Raw!' So yes, Zushi is more than sushi. It's a style. Corporate. And if autocorrect doesn't get it, the palate and the eyes do.

08/03/2025: The food is great but the waiters don’t speak English very well and they brought sushi that we explicitly said we don’t want and asked them respectfully to return it but they started arguing and made us pay the sushi we didn’t order!!

02/04/2025: Very good. I have tried many Japanese food restaurants and this is the best. The menu is very large for those who do not like raw fish there are excellent dishes with cooked fish, the fish is fresh, excellent ramen, spaghetti, rice ... everything. everything really good. The service is excellent, fast and the staff is courteous. The atmosphere is pleasant. It is not all you can eat so you pay for quality and if I want to eat well the prices are fair also because the portions are abundant. Highly recommended. Rating 10 with honors. The best.

30/03/2025: I have tried many Asian restaurants but Azuma in Gemona remains in my opinion one of the best in terms of quality of food and friendliness of staff... the only flaw is that I often found the place cold but other than that I really recommend it!

The food, especially the raw food, really needs to be fresh. The whole taste will not be good after eating it. in particular! The little boy's service attitude is very bad!
