16/02/2025: Sono andato a cena per S. Valentino: cibo sempre ottimo, locale accogliente, consigliato. Non abbiamo aspettato neanche tanto nonostante il locale fosse pieno.
15/02/2025: I migliori in assoluto . Per me è il miglior ristorante di sushi di Reggio Emilia . Camerieri sempre super gentili. Qualità eccellente. Ambiente molto bello, pulito e piacevole

27/02/2025: A la carte sushi restaurant, small restaurant but I find it very nice. The sushi is of good quality, but I must say that for the price you pay I was definitely expecting something more, especially in the flavor of the uramaki and in the presentation of the sushi "boat". Even in desserts I didn't find them good in flavor. The negroni they make is very good.
15/02/2025: I had dinner at Zushi in Reggio Emilia for Valentine's Day and the experience was overall pleasant, but with some sore points.
The wait at the entrance and between courses was quite long: understandable on such a crowded evening, but still an aspect that affected the experience. The staff, always courteous, were affected by the chaos of the evening, giving the impression of being in difficulty.
As for the food, the special mix boat was really excellent, while the sashimi disappointed expectations, not living up to what I expected. For an à la carte menu, honestly, I would have expected much more.
A positive aspect was the 20% discount obtained by booking with The Fork, which made the bill more balanced compared to the experience experienced.
Overall, a decent experience, but it could have been better, especially considering the level and reputation of the place. Perhaps on a less chaotic evening the service and experience would have been different.

Prezzo dei vini altissimo!
Preferivo quando si poteva ordinare due piatti per volta , adesso con 4 portate non sempre è arrivato ordine e i camerieri fanno confusione
Potrebbe migliorare
01/02/2025: siamo andati coppia, piatti poveri di contenuti, soprattutto gli abbinamenti e proposte solo x riempire un menù, era un anno o forse più che non andavo, mai più, fate bene chiudere ristoranti CRUDO x sostituirli con giusto spirito, una linea così ha poco senso, solo tristezza.

15/02/2025: Greetings. I went on Valentine's Day for dinner with my girlfriend. Let me start by saying that I imagined there had been a bit of confusion and waiting but never how much there actually was. Entered at 7.30pm and immediately ordered 12 dishes, two skewers of shrimp arrived at 8.10pm. At 8.30pm two more dishes which I had selected together with the first, so after an hour my partner had drank two glasses of water! Meanwhile, at every table people were complaining about the wait, so much so that in an hour three couples got up and left, one loudly demanding not to pay for anything apart from the drinks. I had to call the waiter several times, who unfortunately didn't understand the language well, to find out the status of the dishes ordered and it emerged from him himself that the problem was the shocking quantity of takeaways from last night. Well yes we got up to leave and there was the counter full of bags to take away with people cursing for the delay. It was around 10pm. After a few minutes there was even a wait to pay the bill of those like me who had consumed in the restaurant, so I arrive at the cash register and hear the classic ritual phrase: "everything okay gentlemen"? I'll let you imagine my face. It's not for the money, but for the total indifference towards the customer, towards those tables with children and parents who perhaps go out every now and then and spend an evening like this! One word, embarrassing.

14/02/2025: It wasn't good, salmon with little flavor and tasteless tartare sauce, extremely greasy fried food, wacame had a strange smell. We are also told that we are the only ones who complained.
14/02/2025: Terrible! The worst sushi I've ever eaten. Poor quality, non-existent service. The salmon and tuna were tasteless, the fried foods were greasy, the wakame seaweed tasted like soap. Not to mention the stomach ache it caused us!!

07/10/2023: I update the review because I returned recently and the management has changed; in reality it is no longer Japanese and you no longer eat sushi, it is now a Chinese restaurant; I must say that it surprised us positively, it's worth forgetting the classic Chinese restaurants we were used to, the food is of good quality, the dishes well cooked and decidedly plentiful, fast service, normal price... in my opinion it's worth trying, we we were satisfied!
28/09/2023: Si, la scritta (spenta) Puro Blanco fuori dal ristorante c’è..peccato che abbia cambiato gestione e nome per questo abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovarlo e al momento della prenotazione non c’è stato fatto presente. Da ristorante giapponese a cinese.
