27/03/2025: Abbiamo partecipato ad una serata in cui veniva preparato il Ramen Tonkotsu, che dire, davvero buonissimo! Abbiamo assaggiato anche gli onigiri e i panini bao, tutto davvero fantastico.
L'ambiente è piccolo e molto caldo e familiare, le ragazze dello staff davvero gentili e professionali. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

27/03/2025: Varied and tasty menu. If you ask, they also do off-menu options that are pretty good.
It's not the usual local sushi project with local staff — it's the hyper-functional and qualitatively superior variant of Asian-run sushi.
Fast, professional, open kitchen.
Also beautiful to look at, without overdoing it.
And then... they came up with a local viral marketing idea that I applaud.
It even inspired a post on LinkedIn! 😄

05/02/2025: We went to Sakana on the advice of some people who had spoken quite well of it and we can confirm that we were pleasantly surprised.
We went as a couple with a newborn in the stroller for lunch.
The waitress was very nice and cheerful with the child, she made us smile and helped create a pleasant atmosphere.
The menu is quite extensive compared to many other restaurants and the quality of the fish particularly satisfied us: the fish was of evident quality while the sushi rice had both the right flavor and the right temperature and it is not easy to find this combination of positivity in all restaurants.
The Chinese food was excellent, the spaghetti was very well made, cooked to perfection and was not greasy, while the grilled beef was soft and tasty, as was the grilled salmon that melted in the mouth.
The plating had a really nice style.
We believe it is one of the best places in Cesena in terms of the quality of the food and service, we are definitely thinking of returning in the future.

17/12/2024: Il personale non parla molto italiano ma è davvero gentile e attento. La qualità del cibo è davvero ottima, tutto fresco e ben lavorato. A fine pasto ci è stato offerto, oltre al solito biscottino della fortuna, anche un buon sake caldo. Prezzi ottimi, locale carino (anche se un po' freddo). Torneremo sicuramente!

27/01/2025: Qualità scadente, gli hosomaki sembrano colla impossibili da mandar giù, ravioli palesemente scaldati al microonde e pure male, sashimi insapore e servizio pessimo, non ti guardano manco in faccia e per ricevere un piattino di wasabi chiesto al cameriere ho dovuto aspettare 20 minuti, il prezzo sarà anche (decente) rispetto a altri sushi ma non ne vale per nulla la pena

21/08/2024: siamo arrivati alle 13:00 per un pranzo, e alle 13:45 ancora non era arrivato nessun piatto e le acque. il sushi non era male ma il servizio troppo lento, alle 15:10 ancora dovevano arrivarci la metà dei piatti, se ti finisce la sala di soia devi aspettare un sacco per averne una nuova.
