13/12/2025: It's always a pleasure to dine here; we're always amazed by these refined and indescribable flavor experiences. The staff is excellent, friendly, and above all, knowledgeable. Even children love this sushi, and it's the only one we trust them to try. For us, sushi is nothing but Sabakaita. Our compliments!
30/11/2025: Last night, my friend and I treated ourselves to some excellent nigiri (the fish alone was delicious).
The rolls had combinations that, despite first impressions, were very well thought out. We were both impressed.
The miso soup offered at the beginning of the dinner was also very good.
The place was small but cozy. It's best suited for couples or small groups of 3-4 people.
The staff served us attentively, describing each dish, and offering suggestions on how to eat it when needed.
We'll definitely be back!

31/01/2026: Even on weekdays, it's full of people. I think it's good enough to taste and experience it, but it wasn't real Japanese ramen. The taste was okay, and the soup was not a real Japanese ramen soup but more like an Asian-flavored soup. Mazesoba was completely different from what I expected. Gyoza was not really good… I should not have ordered it. I would not go back again.
31/01/2026: Excellent, very Japanese ramen! Among the best I've had in Italy! The only flaw is the desserts... frozen mochi, no, because mochi should be very soft, and matcha tea dorayaki, I didn't like because the filling was too floury and they tasted like nothing. The 5 stars are for the ramen, superb! And the gyoza, truly excellent! They are for the atmosphere and the service, fast and kind staff! Thank you!!!

10/01/2026: I'm sorry, but I have to share Federica's experience. She felt sick after eating the soy spaghetti with mixed seafood, and I felt sick too... besides, there's no way they included clams, which, first of all, aren't fish, and secondly, they tasted like nothing; and the calamari was stringy and inedible.
Sorry, it got worse.

31/07/2025: My friends and I have been coming here regularly for the past six months and we absolutely love it. The food is always fresh and delicious — especially the poke bowls! The avocado is always perfectly ripe, and the ingredients are super fresh and flavorful.
The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, and the staff is genuinely kind and welcoming every single time. We felt so at home here that, on our last visit, we even asked to take a photo with the staff before leaving — that’s how much we loved the place and the people!
Definitely one of our favorite spots — great food, great service, great vibes.

06/01/2026: I'd start by saying that as soon as we got out of the car, an employee opened the door for us and took us to our table. Everyone was very kind and polite. The food was a visual and taste sensation. The decor was "simple" but perfectly suited for a couple's meal.
Returning to the food (there are vegetarian and chicken options), there are truly so many other incredible pieces I've never seen before. Besides the sushi, of course, I've pictured them, there are so many other specialties... I recommend checking out the menu. I can't wait to go back. 🥲👏👏
24/12/2025: Great decor - excellent food.
Unfortunately, I have to point out that the tables are too small: if a waiter arrives with three or four dishes, the entire space is taken up, and you have to be careful not to drop objects or food on the floor.

11/05/2025: Frequentatore saltuario di ristorante sushi e fusion. Ristorante notevolmente superiore a quelli similari sushi in romagna. Ottima preparazione qualità e varietà dei cibi. Tipo di selezione con tablet per ogni tavolo. Servizio rapido. Camerieri veloci a portare i cibi e a sgomberare i piatti oltre al sorriso e alla gentilezza. Ambiente carino senza puzza di fritto e cibi in sala. Possibilità di essere all'interno o in veranda x maggiore intimità e riservatezza. Prezzo contenuti. Cassiera gentile e veloce. Sicuramente consigliatissimo. Da ritornare

21/04/2025: Sempre stato il nostro ristorante sushi di fiducia, sempre buono ed eccellente, unica pecca molto lenti con gli ordini quando inizia ad esserci un po’ di gente e alcune volte il piatto non viene neanche servito!

Confermano l’orario 19.45.
Ordine MAI arrivato.
Avrei gradito una telefonata per avvisarci, invece hanno staccato il telefono.
Comportamento pessimo veramente, lo dico da cliente.
