Materie prime di altissima qualità trattate senza eccedere in condimenti.
Ciò favorisce la vista ed il gusto del prodotto.
Una piacevole coccola l'entrée.
Gli chef, preparati, empatici, hanno la passione per il loro operato e si vede nel risultato finale.
Ottimi anche gli abbinamenti con il beverage del pasto e del fine pasto.
Menzione speciale per il tonno rosso e la Kobe meat.
Il menù degustazione è completo e appagante senza eccedere: in ogni caso lo chef chiede ad ogni portata come proseguire.
Il prezzo è commisurato al prodotto, al servizio e all'intimità del locale.
Suggerisco la prenotazione al banco degli chef.

15/12/2024: We went for dinner on Thursday. The place was very cold. After ordering a drink we asked to change tables to get closer to a heat pump (without even having touched anything) and the waitress said: "No, you have ordered now and there is a number". I insisted because it was too cold and then he rudely made us change seats. During the whole dinner it was always cold. Obviously I give 1 star for the rudeness and because you cannot dine in December in a restaurant if it is not adequately heated.
05/11/2024: Between Cesena and Cesenatico it is the only sushi restaurant that offers a higher level than the usual all you can eat, obviously the prices are not the same.....

05/02/2025: We went to Sakana on the advice of some people who had spoken quite well of it and we can confirm that we were pleasantly surprised.
We went as a couple with a newborn in the stroller for lunch.
The waitress was very nice and cheerful with the child, she made us smile and helped create a pleasant atmosphere.
The menu is quite extensive compared to many other restaurants and the quality of the fish particularly satisfied us: the fish was of evident quality while the sushi rice had both the right flavor and the right temperature and it is not easy to find this combination of positivity in all restaurants.
The Chinese food was excellent, the spaghetti was very well made, cooked to perfection and was not greasy, while the grilled beef was soft and tasty, as was the grilled salmon that melted in the mouth.
The plating had a really nice style.
We believe it is one of the best places in Cesena in terms of the quality of the food and service, we are definitely thinking of returning in the future.

17/12/2024: Il personale non parla molto italiano ma è davvero gentile e attento. La qualità del cibo è davvero ottima, tutto fresco e ben lavorato. A fine pasto ci è stato offerto, oltre al solito biscottino della fortuna, anche un buon sake caldo. Prezzi ottimi, locale carino (anche se un po' freddo). Torneremo sicuramente!

17/05/2024: Certamente c'è stato un cambio gestione . Conosco da anni questo locale e mi sono sempre trovato bene . Dopo alcuni mesi sono tornato per cena e non so da dove cominciare a elencare gli aspetti negativi . Accoglienza antipatica , cibo pessimo , immangiabile ,i gamberi ancora con gli intestini , camerieri che fanno finta di non vederti e che non parlano una parola di italiano , lunghi tempi di attesa , cassiera strafottente . Il tutto contornato da un prezzo eccessivo di 28 € a testa . Una sola palla perchè zero non si può dare . Continuerò a frequentare altri ristoranti asiatici dove certamente mangerò meglio .

Aspettative deluse: accoglienza fredda, menu’ ridottissimo , cibo decisamente non appetibile ne gusto ne sapore ne colori … non classificato. Il servizio al di sotto della sufficienza sullo scarso .
Troppa differenza con il passato ….
Mi dispiace perché avevo un ottimo ricordo e avendo invitato un caro amico sicuro di offrirgli una bella esperienza.

22/08/2024: Sempre mangiato benissimo ogni volta che sono andato (almeno una decina)...impeccabile il servizio e cibo ottimo e fatto al momento
21/08/2024: siamo arrivati alle 13:00 per un pranzo, e alle 13:45 ancora non era arrivato nessun piatto e le acque. il sushi non era male ma il servizio troppo lento, alle 15:10 ancora dovevano arrivarci la metà dei piatti, se ti finisce la sala di soia devi aspettare un sacco per averne una nuova.
