03/10/2025: Excellent ramen restaurant! Really good and tasty food, with generous portions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Having never eaten at a ramen restaurant before, I took Alisea's advice, and she knew exactly what I'd like. Besides being very good, she was also friendly and welcoming throughout the entire dinner!

03/10/2025: Excellent ramen restaurant! Delicious food and generous portions. Yesterday we were greeted by Alisea, always kind and helpful, but we shared the final part of the dinner with Giulia, who served us dessert. We immediately started joking and laughing, and after dinner we stayed to chat. Her kindness and friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable... not to mention her beautiful, "out of this world" nails.

The friendly and courteous service made me feel welcome, which I think is a very important aspect for restaurants. The atmosphere was very welcoming, elegant, and refined.

07/08/2025: An excellent sushi experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐" Sabakaita is undoubtedly one of the best sushi restaurants in Forlì. The atmosphere is refined, elegant yet welcoming, with consistently attentive and friendly service. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with the freshest fish and creative combinations that surprise without ever being overwhelming. Each course is presented with great attention to detail: the rolls are balanced in flavor, the sashimi melts in your mouth, and the off-menu specials are a must-try. The value for money is also excellent, considering the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience. Highly recommended for those who love authentic sushi, in a location where you'll be pampered from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!

27/09/2025: Dinner for two. The quality of the sushi is excellent. We ordered expecting normal portions, but they were actually super generous, so measure carefully, as you can order more than once. You can expect double the portions compared to an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. Highly recommended; try it, you won't regret it.

31/07/2025: My friends and I have been coming here regularly for the past six months and we absolutely love it. The food is always fresh and delicious — especially the poke bowls! The avocado is always perfectly ripe, and the ingredients are super fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, and the staff is genuinely kind and welcoming every single time. We felt so at home here that, on our last visit, we even asked to take a photo with the staff before leaving — that’s how much we loved the place and the people! Definitely one of our favorite spots — great food, great service, great vibes.

29/07/2025: My friends and I have been coming to this place for six months and we loved it! Very good food, with amazing and tasty poke bowl ( the avocado is always perfectly ripe and the ingredients so fresh). The staff is always so so kind and welcoming!!

05/09/2025: Average food, no art or skill. Excellent service, small restaurant overall. Definitely different from other restaurants like this. Personally, I won't be returning because I didn't find the menu as comprehensive as I usually find.
