12/04/2026: I had to be hospitalized from severe food poisoning from this place. I was so ill I could barely walk and had to go to the hospital multiple times. Would not recommend at all

23/02/2026: Fresh ingredients and this is not a given, the quality of the products is good (reported as all you can eat) it is logical that you will not be served fresh red tuna for even 20 euros 😆

13/05/2026: Simply embarrassing. 3 tables and 5 seats, and I waited 25 minutes. In the meantime, only one temaki for another table and a tempura ordered after my order came out of the kitchen, but they were friends... I don't know if they give priority to takeaway, but never again.

09/05/2026: A fusion Japanese restaurant with a slightly Italian vibe. I liked that there were many à la carte options. The flavors didn't stray too far from traditional Japanese cuisine, but had a slightly Western feel. If you usually enjoy Japanese food, I think everything here will suit your taste. It was my first time pairing Japanese food with white wine, and the combination was better than I expected. It felt like the wine balanced out the taste of the raw fish, which can sometimes become a bit fishy after a while. The staff were friendly, and the interior atmosphere was nice. Highly recommended.

26/04/2026: I've ordered takeout several times and also eaten in. The waiters are very kind and helpful, and the place has a great, relaxing, and pleasant atmosphere. My boyfriend and I always get the vegetarian menu, and what can I say... we love it!!! It's truly one of the very few places that offers a vegetarian portion of the menu, where you can feel included and truly eat something other than just rice. I'd love to see them add something new, always with tofu; the only option they have is delicious and we order it almost every time. What can I say? We always love coming back, and the price for the vegetarian menu is also very reasonable, and the quality is excellent. I'm eagerly awaiting the addition of new options to the vegetarian menu and the return of mushrooms for the miso soup. I love you guys!! 😍

08/04/2026: The shower in bathroom is very strange. Made by glass in the center of o big bathroom, covered by black heavy courtains, but the water get out and fill all the floor. Failed idea, crasy desing ... The breakfast space is too small and may not accomodate all clients. You need to wait. Breakfast is ok

03/04/2026: The hotel is well located. Close to the historic center, the Spanish Quarter, Avenida Toledo, and the port. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hotel is clean. Nice bathroom with bidet and walk-in shower, minibar. Breakfast on the rooftop: considerably better than those in hotels in Northern Italy.

19/03/2026: Really good, open kitchen, everything delicious, we go there often with the family, the kids love it... Fast and friendly service. Clean. I go back every time!!

15/02/2026: I understand Valentine's Day, the general chaos, but not receiving anything for half an hour is irritating, especially when you see the same tables being served over and over again and nothing arrives. We even asked for someone to serve us, but they were ignored on that too. Overall, the sushi was good, when it wasn't falling apart. I probably wouldn't go back to this place easily, especially on a Saturday night.

22/03/2026: 30€ for all you can eat sushi (March 2026). There are some items that are an upcharge but they were clearly identified on the screen. Food came out accurate and timely. Went in hungry and left very satisfied!

04/05/2026: We're regulars at Hello Poke and have always had a great experience, but today, unfortunately, we had a negative experience. The poke was missing two ingredients (apple and pineapple). We only mentioned this at checkout as a complaint, without requesting a refund. The staff member responded rudely and "threw" €5 on the counter, a truly unprofessional and inappropriate gesture. We left the money and left. It's a shame, because a different attitude would have been enough to handle the situation better.

03/05/2026: A decidedly positive experience: excellent and plentiful food, friendly and polite staff, and a very well-maintained bathroom. I highly recommend it to lovers of oriental cuisine. The only one star is the small and slightly unstable outdoor tables, but otherwise: TOP!

26/11/2025: Nice place, fast and friendly service, but the all-you-can-eat food isn't top-notch. I'm not talking about the quality itself, but rather the flavor, which seems the same for almost all the rice-based dishes. Except for the tempura, which is truly delicious.
