11/01/2026: I went to the restaurant and I have to say that both the service and the food were good. We had two beers, two ramen noodles, and four takoyaki noodles, and the total cost was €71. The price seems really excessive for a dish like ramen. I think the restaurant raised the prices to offer greater discounts on TheFork. I don't think it's entirely fair to customers who find themselves booking without an app.

The portions are generous, and the value is excellent—really hard to find. The atmosphere is well-kept, clean, and very welcoming, perfect for both a dinner with friends and a special evening. The staff is excellent and very fast, I liked the idea of ​​​​metal chopsticks but I would choose a lighter metal because they become uncomfortable after a while, as for the food, the quality of the raw materials and the very fusion combinations, not really my style, I prefer pure Japanese cuisine, but it's a personal taste, because I had a really great dinner and the products were excellent. 08/12/2025: We stayed two nights over the Immaculate Conception long weekend. The location is good, with immediate access to the historic center, convenient for getting around on foot and visiting the wonderful, characteristic neighborhoods of "Spagnoli," "Spaccanapoli," "Sotterranea," and "Sanità." There's an excellent supermarket next to the property. The breakfast was below average, considering the price we paid. Paid parking is available; on the website, it's advertised at €25, but when we booked, they charged us €50 per day. A pleasant walk takes you to the Royal Palace and the San Carlo Theater. The only flaw I'd like to point out is that, despite the holiday season, the property isn't priced at €190 per night; in fact, on December 9th, it was reduced to €80. Paying more than double for the same property, which has several flaws, is unjustified. The room was small with a window overlooking the alley, the light-to-energy ratio was poor, and the air conditioning was unmanageable. The sliding bathroom door didn't lock and wouldn't open on its own due to some faulty adjustment. The staff was friendly and, like all Neapolitans, jovial and joking; except for the young man who greeted us upon arrival at 11:30 PM, who was a bit grumpy and sullen.

The rooms are simple, not very large but functional; the service offers a good and varied breakfast served with kindness and professionalism. The central location offers easy access to public institutions and offices. Unfortunately, it's located on one of Naples' narrow streets, which makes for a less scenic view. Overall, a good hotel worth considering for short stays in the city.

26/10/2025: It was nice to eat something different while on our trip to the area. We just wanted some variety for a change. This definitely hit the spot. The waiter was a bit slow. We were the only people there, so not sure why, but he definitely took his sweet time to help us. The food was pretty good though so I'm happy with that

13/10/2025: The beauty of the location, the high-quality food, and the kindness of the staff are what sets Kukai apart from all the other sushi restaurants I've been to. The attention to detail, the precision of the cuts, and the freshness of the various types of fish served are jaw-dropping. All this while being pampered by the kindness and helpfulness of the entire staff. I highly recommend the 50-piece mixed platter. I'll definitely be back, well done!

29/12/2025: Spectacular Japanese restaurant. EXCELLENT QUALITY, a key aspect of sushi. All the food is top-quality. The staff are friendly and helpful, both the wait staff and the owner, Mr. Andrea, a delightful and friendly person who offers advice. All food is prepared in full view, so you can see how spotlessly clean it is—counters, hoods, and floors. All the fish is frozen and preserved to perfection. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

16/12/2025: Overall, a good all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant on the Riviera di Chiaia. Outdoor seating is available, but there's also plenty of space outside. The fish is good quality, and the menu is quite extensive. The fried rolls and tartare are excellent. The ordering process isn't the most modern: the portions are limited, and you have to tell the waiter how many you want. Overall, however, excellent value.

22/07/2025: Precioso restaurante elegante con comida a juego. Gran selección de entrantes y variantes de sushi (principales un poco más limitado pero suficiente para elegir). Los postres fueron muy buenos, giros inteligentes en algunos clásicos, pero probablemente el menor de los 3 platos. Todo en la comida era genial y un cambio bienvenido de 12 noches consecutivas de comida Italiano. Los tamaños de las porciones son razonables y la comida estaba muy sabrosa y bien presentada. El servicio era genial - atractivo, atento pero no intrusivo. Nos tomamos nuestro tiempo y no tuvimos prisa. Los cócteles eran fantásticos! Alguna gran ubicación específica (que yo sepa) brebajes. Vistas estupendas y un buen ambiente zumbante (pero no abrumadoramente). Solo una pequeña crítica / observación es que fue sorprendente saber que no sirven bebidas calientes. Por lo tanto, un café después de la cena no estaba disponible. Sin duda recomendaría.
