09/07/2024: If you are in the museum area and don't want the usual pizza I recommend Sushi Lab, everything here is really good. The thing I love most is Poké. The ingredients are all fresh and of excellent quality, the quantities dosed in the right proportions. The workmanship is all visible and the cleanliness is top. Young and friendly staff. Every time I pass through Naples I can't miss it!!! #fixedcustomer

04/07/2024: I found this restaurant by browsing on Google, I was told LET'S TRY IT, I did well, the food is good, it doesn't taste like anything from the fridge, it leaves a good taste in my mouth, the food arrived at my house, I didn't even wait. anyway, I gave the shop 5 stars even though I haven't been there yet but I think what reflects both the food and the service. I hope it stays that way regarding food and service, always improving but never getting worse. For the moment I think I'll always call them when I feel like sushi.

07/12/2024: I don't think the quality and quantity of the dishes consumed justify the price paid. I have eaten better and paid less elsewhere by always consuming à la carte (no AYCE). Nothing special...

04/12/2024: We came across this small restaurant by chance and we were immediately struck by its setting and furnishings. The menu proposal is rich and original and the creation of the dishes EXCELLENT. Crusted pork is one of the best dishes ever. Hospitality is 5 stars. Highly recommended!

16/12/2024: Sono stato ieri a pranzo con la famiglia dove si trova nn si apprezza ma dentro si cambia musica bello cucina a vista comunque tutto buonissimo e di qualità prezzi adeguati alla lavorazione e qualità forse ciò che stona che una bottiglia d'acqua 3€ e poi 3,50 il coperto eccessivo anche perché nn tiene tovagliato quindi solo tovaglioli e eccessivo3,50 e nn è scritto sul menù

13/11/2024: “Open-mindedness is not a skull fracture” 🤪 How many prejudices do we have towards everything that is unknown to us? And how many clichés have you heard about people, situations, food...? I could start a long discussion starting from the classic social and racial prejudices and the resulting clichés. Sometimes it's so hard to open other people's minds and let in a glimmer of modernity. There is the title of a book, by Samuele Roccatello, which I have always liked a lot and I find it specifically ad hoc for all this and for my post, in which I obviously talk about food! 😊 “Open-mindedness is not a fracture of the skull” precisely because we must not remain silent in the face of the prejudices and injustices that sadly permeate our society today. Now if I were a person with high levels of prejudice, my innate curiosity would be extinguished and I would never dream of going to eat in a starred restaurant because they offer "mini portions" and I would never go to eat in a restaurant that has a culture cuisine clearly different from mine. And yet I don't like to stop at appearances. I want to discover, know, savor...then I draw my very humble considerations and opinions. Staj Noodle bar: in Chiaia: 10/10 Courtesy, extreme kindness, excellent ingredients, an excellent Caprettone del Vesuvio combined with our succulent dishes, rich in flavours, aromas, perfumes, degrees of spiciness that are never overwhelming but enveloping. High prices, but quality must be paid for.. Always!

30/10/2024: The confusing taste of ramen left me dumbfounded. I expected better than cloudy water with an aftertaste of peanut butter mixed with fish. My bowl was full of noodles and broth in fact I couldn't finish my plate as it was too abundant. One would say wow, but in this case it's difficult to finish the poorly balanced broth. Confused flavor and minced pork thrown in with the rest, meaningless. I wouldn't go back, even though I took the lunch menu which cost almost nothing, but I think a smaller and tastier portion with quality food is better than a dish like this which only gives bad return publicity. Too bad, probably other dishes on the a la carte menu will also be good, but my ramen..

Very fresh ingredients, great care in preparing and preserving food. Friendly and very pleasant staff. Promoted, always!

03/08/2024: Nous avons découvert cet endroit par hasard en bas de notre B&B, nous n’avions pas de quoi manger et il était très tard mais ils ont volontiers accepté de cuisiner pour nous, c’était vraiment une belle découverte, nous nous sommes régalés avec mon mari! Le couple gérant est très aimable et commerçant Nous avons tellement aimé que nous y sommes retournés le lendemain soir. Une cuisine japonaise de qualité et raffinée avec un bon rapport qualité prix 👍🏼

08/08/2024: Tender e’ il nostro posto del cuore, ormai è la nostra tappa fissa ci andiamo una volta a settimana io e mio marito, a volte con amici ma anche con le nostre bimbe. Il sushi è fresco gustoso e ricercato. Roberta e Luigi sanno sempre come prendersi cura di noi, la location e’ super accogliente! Super Consigliato!!!

14/07/2024: È stato il primo locale al vomero a proporre questo tipico piatto hawaiano, da subito ne sono stato ossessionato e ancora oggi resta una delle migliori pokerie della zona. Propone varie basi oltre al tipico riso come il cous cous alla curcuma che ho assaggiato l’ultima volta. Non c’è servizio ma ci si serve da soli con qr code (che funziona bene). Unica pecca un menu proteine poco ampio.

17/06/2024: Già la seconda volta… preso da asporto e una volta arrivato a casa alcuni ingredienti “pagati” non erano stati messi nei piatti … furbi? Oppure solo incompetenza ?

The dishes are all excellent with raw materials of undisputed quality, perfect and friendly service, always with a smile on their faces, honest bill and in line with what was eaten, 5 stars only because you can't give more!!
