08/11/2024: Positive experience both for the quality of the food and for the creative ways in which they are offered. The prices frankly seem average to me and the quality/price ratio is more than satisfactory. The only flaw: we were hosted in the internal room with two tables of rude parents with uncontrollable children. We were with our 12 and 16 year old children but we left less than an hour later because it was impossible to have dinner without having a headache

11/12/2024: I went to pick up a takeaway order, beautiful place, very kind girl and very good food, I'm satisfied, soon I'll go directly to eat there without taking it home

27/11/2024: Honestly, I've tried several sushi restaurants, and this was the worst. The salmon looked like it was three days old (I was afraid to eat it, thinking of the worst illnesses of poorly cooked raw fish). If you want to eat sushi but at the same time not have salmonella, don't go to Chan.

12/01/2025: I tried Basho's cuisine and loved it. On site, the experience was excellent: fresh flavors, balanced and prepared with great care. With these premises, I decided to also try the takeaway service, but unfortunately the overall quality was not up to par. The first time I ordered takeaway poke it went well overall: the food was good, even if less tasty than the one eaten on site. However, I noticed that the quantity of soy sauce provided was insufficient for two pokes: a small glass, which was also inconvenient to carry because there was a risk of it spilling. The second time, however, I was disappointed. The poke was dry, with very little seasoning, and again I was given very little soy sauce in the same small glass. At that point I decided to give it another chance, clearly specifying on the phone that I wasn't satisfied the last time due to the rice being too dry and the lack of condiments. I also underlined how much I appreciated their cuisine, hoping that the report was useful. When I went to pick up the third order, they told me there was a "special promotion". However, instead of the usual poke containers, I was given sushi trays (presumably because they ran out of suitable containers). These trays were awkward to carry, they didn't fit in the bag and made everything impractical. As if that wasn't enough, the amount of food was the same as usual, so it wasn't really a promotion. To make matters worse, the paper cup with soy sauce (always small and inadequate) spilled in the car during the journey, because being alone I couldn't keep it safely. Although I had explained my needs on the phone, it seems that the message never reached the Cosenza store. Probably, the switchboard that manages the calls is general and does not communicate effectively with the various rooms. In summary, I was disappointed with the takeaway service. The quality of the food on site remains excellent, but for takeaway there are organizational problems and attention to detail that make the experience less than satisfactory. I'm very sorry, because I love their cuisine and I'm willing to give other possibilities in the future, but I hope that these aspects will be improved.

05/01/2025: The sushi is very good. The menu is full of a wide choice (referring not to the all you can eat formula but to the à la carte option because we ordered home delivery). I recommend the uramaki with habanero and those with truffle sauce. But overall they were all excellent, even the one with the lime slices. The combinations are particular and cared for. Unfortunately, we enjoyed the sushi an hour after it was delivered to us, because chopsticks were not brought to us and we had no other type of cutlery with us. It is definitely a restaurant to return to.
