Te lo consiglio altamente, il prezzo può essere un po’ alto però per quanto è buono ogni tanto ci si può andare.

30/03/2024: The location on google maps is wrong, we had to call to understand where the place was, going half way around Catanzaro. Very kind staff, from the welcome to the description of the dishes but service a little slow given the few seats. The tempura was very good with the banana sauce, but the sushi was very disappointing. The uramaki with fried prawn and spring onion were good, but the platter made by the chef was a disaster. Unfortunately none of the uramaki were spot on. They were simply all the same base, with random ingredients placed on top like onion and pesto. I'm sorry to say it but they were competing with simple all-you-can-eat uramaki, and paying 50 euros for them is madness. There is no comparison with wasabi, the quality/price ratio is too poor and in terms of taste and ingredients it is a cut above. I hope it was a bad day for the chef, but I have to say that if I hadn't had the 50% discount with the fork my review would have been very different.
28/03/2024: Unexpected menu increase. Be careful because it's a routine. We felt robbed and the clerk at the checkout with an arrogant and not at all friendly attitude did not acknowledge our point out the obvious error. Absolutely to be avoided.

09/03/2024: I ordered at home, it arrived after more than 1 hour, later than the time expected by Justeat.
We had never been so dissatisfied eating a jappo, we left several things behind, including the sashimi, which was extremely greasy. The grilled ravioli are good, the spring rolls are average.
Maybe it was just a series of unfavorable circumstances, but we didn't have a good time

26/08/2023: Locale carino molto piccolo in zona pedonale a gestione italiana. Prezzi spropositati per portate di poco più ricche di un all you can eat. Qualità del cibo buona ma nulla che giustifichi quei prezzi. Riso saltato con pesce misto mediocre a 13,00 euro in una porzione minuscola e roll senza particolare gusto. La ragazza che serviva i roll li descriveva ad occhio sbagliandoli quasi sempre ed il proprietario da dietro cercava di sistemare le spiegazioni. Non ci hanno neppure offerto un digestivo nonostante una spesa importante. Spiace dirlo ma in un AYCE da 20 euro mangiate prodotti migliori quindi lasciamo agli orientali questo mestiere. Il locale era vuoto pur essendo fine settimana e comprendo il motivo

02/03/2024: Ringrazio il Maestro Adriano e la gentilissima Lara per avermi fatto fare una delle migliori esperienze sensoriali a livello culinario. .Cibo sublime e vini di livello elevatissimo. Il sushi che mangi al Vostro Eden difficilmente lo mangi altrove, di certo in Friuli è il migliore. I crudi e gli elaborati, nonché i dolci, ti appagano i sensi e quando a fine cena esci dal locale ti senti veramente soddisfatto, i prezzi poi sono onestissimi. Insomma ci sono tutti i presupposti per andarci!
11/02/2024: Locale delizioso. La raffinatezza, la gentilezza, la professionalità dei proprietari e dello staff si rispecchia nei piatti proposti. Lara, la proprietaria e maitre, vi accoglierà con un sorriso ed insieme al personale vi accompagnerà e consiglierà al meglio sempre con garbo e competenza.
La materia prima è di ottima qualità, i piatti trasmettono la passione con la quale sono stati pensati e preparati.
Una cosa importantissima è che si informano immediatamente di eventuali allergie ed intolleranze e la cucina è pronta ed attrezzata per venirvi incontro.
Io sono celiaca, parlo con cognizione di causa, ho sempre mangiato ottimi piatti e non ho mai avuto alcun problema.
Detto questo, il prezzo è giusto rapportato alla qualità e alla professionalità riscontrata.
Consigliatissimo.

06/04/2024: Wanted to like this place, prices are really high for what you get, honestly poke bowls are more expensive here than in the US. I didn’t end up ordering that. The main reason for the negative review was that there were flies inside of the shop swarming everywhere around me while I was trying to order and eat. Really gross to have around when you are serving raw fish. I was also the only customer in there and my order took almost 20 minutes for very simple, expensive rolls. Just not worth the time or money for the lack of cleanliness or service.
25/03/2024: Riso superscotto e tutto ciò che ho ordinato aveva una quantità di aceto di riso che ha reso le pietanze praticamente immangiabili. Avocado cattivo. Invito i sushiman a rivedere i propri standard. Intanto 30 euro buttati.
