16/02/2024: Il ristorante Spoon è un piccolo gioiello culinario che non vedo l'ora di visitare di nuovo quando tornerò in zona. Consiglio vivamente questa destinazione a tutti gli amanti della buona cucina Cino-Jappo, e dell'eleganza raffinata percepibile appena entrati nel ristorante.
01/11/2023: Personale gentile e preparato, qualità del cibo ottima, ambiente raffinato. Cena ottima super consigliato. Noi serata in settimana tranquilla il ristorante non era pieno.
Bellissima anche se piccola cucina a vista.

02/03/2024: I found myself yesterday, with my family, in this sushi bar, j-soul. This is Japanese cuisine, certainly not "all you can eat", its quality is unquestionable. The room where you can consume what you ordered in peace is unique: sober, welcoming, well-kept and with low-volume jazz music. It is a type of cuisine that focuses entirely on quality, and, as far as I have seen, they have succeeded. It's true that a satisfied customer doesn't write reviews, but simply comes back, however I wanted to share my excellent experience. Until next time.
25/02/2024: Discreet, good! pairing ideas for the rolls that positively surprised me, the ones with pepper are top!!!!! The only negative note is the tempering of the sashimi, really too cold and it would be nice to have a micro paper placemat. I came back and confirm what was written, the food is excellent, but it's really cold...if it were at room temperature it would be fantastic. Ah, the tempura honestly doesn't live up to expectations, but you can't give up on fried food even if it's imperfect

11/08/2023: Sì, decisamente la differenza rispetto agli “all you can eat“ si sente. La qualità e la preparazione dei piatti sono di buon livello, così come il servizio. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

01/11/2023: Due volte in questo ristorante. Uno dei primi giapponesi se non il primo a Livorno. Quando è pieno il servizio è lentissimo e molto approssimativo. Pietanze nella norma anche se inferiori in qualità rispetto alla media dei ristoranti giapponesi che ho visitato a Livorno e altrove. Prezzo giusto. Cortesia del personale. Ambiente accogliente. Ma servizio qualità abbassano notevolmente ila valutazione. Peccato

15/02/2024: Siamo usciti dal cinema pensando di andare a mangiare del sushi in questo locale (ci eravamo già stati anni fa e non lo avevamo trovato male).
È stato un grande errore : involtini primavera pallidi e senza sapore (si sentiva solo olio), ravioli terribili, freddi (quelli misti immangiabili) quelli solo con carne di maiale troppo salati è sempre freddi, salmone troppo grasso e i temaki gommosi. Davvero una brutta esperienza!
11/01/2024: Menu nuovo ricchissimo, pure troppo😂 scelta ampissima tra le pietanze calde e fredde, personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!

28/03/2024: I wish I could have gotten better pictures because the food was incredible! I ordered off Too Good Too Go and was so happy with my pickup. I wasn’t expecting them to cook the food fresh when I arrived. The guys in there were great and the portions were very generous!
29/02/2024: Perfect! Simple and tasty ordered on Glovo! Yum! Only problem was that they sent dumplings instead of spinach side dish. Pork and I’m vegetarian. But boy, they were delicious 🤪😱will order again!

10/03/2024: The food was fantastic, the waiters were very kind, the location was beautiful, the only thing I didn't like was the music in the background, not for anything else but because after a while that *tun tun tun* makes you anxious and not only to me even the people I went with told me it was true, so if they change it to a little more relaxing music it will be perfect!
