16/05/2025: Over the years a confirmation. Fusion cuisine (mostly Japanese Piedmontese) very Well dosed without the narcissistic excesses typical of "trendy" restaurants. Hospitality, service, raw materials, culinary art, and inventiveness of professionals. Correct quality-price ratio.
02/05/2025: A delightfully quirky menu, delicious carefully presented food and a section of the menu dedicated to vegetarian food. Wonderful.
