22/05/2025: The place is elegant and minimalist, with very particular spacious tables, with an intermediate shelf to place devices and single-armed wooden chairs with space underneath the seat to store bags. The open kitchen lets you glimpse the team at work. I tried a menu with seasonal products with the chef's historic dishes such as caramelized onions with Grana Padano ice cream or sea bass with D'O caviar. Almost all the dishes were well balanced, with clear flavors and careful presentations. Paired with an excellent selection of wines. A couple of dishes were not impressive, simple with seasonal vegetables, but without a starred flavor. The service was attentive and professional, without being invasive. The place is very well-kept, truly intimate, excellent for a romantic dinner. A high-level gastronomic experience, which I recommend to those looking for creative cuisine but rooted in Italian tradition. 

17/05/2025: It's no longer the original D'o. I don't understand why he still says he does pop cuisine. In any case, it was a remarkable and satisfying experience. Two Michelin stars absolutely deserved. Fantastic tasting menu and fantastic wine pairing.

11/05/2025: What this place offers is not sushi, but hyper sensorial experiences for the taste buds. Selected and very fresh fish, excellent raw materials, plating to frame. Refined atmosphere. High quality-price ratio but consistent with the content of the dishes. Right portions. The only flaw... the service is a bit slow, but the wait is worth it, because each dish is a unique piece. I absolutely must return to try other amazing dishes on the menu. I invite you to book 😎

04/05/2025: Last night dinner at Yokohama, we had already been there a couple of times. I must say, no "wow" effect, rather ordinary flavors and some stylistic choices that weren't excellent (the chips with the ravioli, bah), uramaki spider not good and the prawns with kataifi pasta were a bit lackluster. Being very expensive you expect more. Furthermore, when it was time to pay the bill, the owner got up and left without even saying goodbye. I hope it was just a bad night. Sin!

27/10/2024: Ho prenotato tramite il sito per sabato sera alle 21. Mi arriva la conferma via mail . Arrivo sul posto … chiuso !!! Serietà ZERO

30/09/2024: I booked online and traveled 200km to try the kangaroo meat. The reservation was confirmed by email, the place was open on Google and TripAdvisor, but I found it closed. Very disappointed. We don't behave like that. If the place is closed it takes a few minutes to report it
