20/08/2024: The only place to eat real certified and expertly cooked "fish" from the Mediterranean Sea in Silvi and surrounding areas. We took takeaway dinners at the Alusea twice and it confirmed its excellence in terms of quality of raw materials and cuisine. Starting from the cold appetizers of which the tuna belly with caramelized onions, the Catalan salad, salad of cuttlefish, red mullet with beetroot and octopus salad with their vegetable giardiniera, scampi with passion fruit. Plateu of excellent and high quality raw meats. Hot appetizers with roasted cuttlefish and courgette and sea bass rolls. I didn't find a flaw in any dish but each dish and accompaniment was a riot of delicate flavours. We took a baked red snapper with their vegetables which turned out to be one of the best fish we have ever eaten. Fried squid and prawns of a devas lightness Definitely the only noteworthy and quality place in Silvi. The price is not high but it is absolutely in line with the quality and the offer offered. Anyone who complains can be satisfied with the frozen fried food served in the beaches! Congratulations to the owner and his daughter Anna! Reference point from now on in Silvi
