01/02/2025: I can definitely recommend this place to buy gorgonzola cheese. I buy hard cheeses elsewhere because I like them better. But they definitely have the best gorgonzola here. The ice cream is also very tasty, although the waffle could be a little thinner. Moderate prices, very nice service. And one more thing. A very practical "garden". When we had a downpour in the summer, we could eat ice cream without worrying about getting wet

15/01/2025: Passed by on Sunday by chance. Kind and friendly staff, perfect food, from the first course to the truly delicious mustard duck. Very fair price, we also bought a pack of caskets. If you go to Venzone, you have to go there.

16/02/2025: We stopped for lunch. Before we all got out of the car, one of us got out to ask if there was room; after the affirmative answer we went in and were immediately kicked out because "you can't bring dogs in here, it's a restaurant". Therefore I can't judge the food but I can say that the way we were turned away was rather rude as well as unusual given that we have been traveling with our dog (7kg) for 8 years and we are welcomed everywhere.
11/02/2025: Delicious food, really a top tent for drivers, extra discount on food if you choose from the daily menus, super clean and tidy toilets, very friendly service, you can stand there quietly with the truck, even during the weekend.

10/01/2025: While walking in Venzone we stopped for a coffee and asked if it was possible to have lunch. Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent food. Starter, pappardelle with venison ragù, pork fillet..... We didn't have the opportunity to taste the desserts because the kitchen had reopened after the New Year's rest. In the restaurant the grilled meat is cooked in a spectacular fireplace.

13/02/2025: Kleine aber feine Osteria mit direktem Blick auf die alte Stadtmauer von Venzone. hübscher kleiner Garten um im Sommer der Mittagshitze zu entfliehen. je 4 Tische im Innen- und Außenbereich. kreative, regionale und saisonale Küche, sehr kleine Karte. Tolle, sehr moderat kalkulierte Weine. Familiengeführt mit tollem Musikgeschmack (Rock und Pop der 80er und 90er).

05/10/2024: We stayed there as a stopover. We received a friendly welcome, the rooms were clean and there was a restaurant nearby that was delicious.
We had our two dogs with us (nothing was charged extra) and after a few minutes' walk we took a look at the city.
Breakfast was sufficient (you can have more if you ask for it or the landlord brings cheese/sausage to the table if you want). Very good for the price.

07/11/2024: Fermati per caso.. locale deserto nonostante la stagione.. per 4 pizze aspettato 1 ora, e non erano per niente buone. Praticamente due cm di mozzarella, pochi ingredienti e pomodoro della base quasi inesistente. Inoltre l'impasto aveva un fortissimo gusto di lievito (retrogusto simile alcol) e la pizza infatti è restata indigesta.. Alla cassa a colui che sembrava il proprietario, ho fatto notare la cosa, dopo che ci è stato chiesto se andava tutto bene. E siamo stati maltrattati. Vedo dalle recensioni che è la normalità. Bene a sapersi..

Went to Alpe Adria and spent 3 nights there.
The hotel is really very nice and also has a savings area (highly recommended) the hotel is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and the food was also very good.

20/01/2025: Dopo aver visitato il borgo ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questa locanda. Per antipasto prosciutto crudo eccellente e stracciatella. Per primo tagliatelle dello chef con verdure e speck croccante, a seguire stinco di vitello e patate. Veramente tutto ottimo. Servizio eccellente, tanta cortesia. Assolutamente consigliato
31/12/2024: locale vicino al comune ottima la cioccolata e lo strudel il caffè è stato fatto corretto anche se non chiesto ma era ottimo. Posto da tornarci
