I'm giving the service 4 stars only because of the wait, but there are only two people there, one in the dining room, one in the kitchen.
A typical Friulian-Istrian menu, well-prepared home cooking.

14/01/2026: Excellent service and friendly staff. The food is classic, but I noticed some nice dishes and gourmet sandwiches at the nearby tables, which I'll try next time. It's a typical pub, a great place to eat in the neighborhood. It's a shame someone was smoking. Highly recommended.

08/01/2026: The dining room was poorly heated and the bathrooms were freezing. The food was barely warm. The staff was friendly, however. Needs improvement!

14/08/2025: I was biking through the town when I saw the pizzeria. I stopped by to have dinner. Sonny prepared an amazing pizza from fresh ingredients and I sat outside enjoying the cosy atmosphere. Sonny even helped me to find a camping spot as I was on a bikepacking tour! Thank you for everything!
18/07/2025: You can pay for good food but you can't pay for good hospitality. Sonny's hospitality was a gift to us all. He allowed my teenagers to help make the pizza. We were seated immediately. The 4 cheese pizza took me to another place.

25/04/2025: Per lavoro con colleghi cercavamo un ristorante a Gonars ed abbiamo scoperto un piccolo gioiello culinario.
Titolare gentile, simpatici e disponibili.
Ottimo antipasto con prosciutto di Sauris, gnocchi con sugo di cinta molto buono. Ottimo vino.

Molto buona la carne cotta alla brace, ma ottimo anche un pollo cotto a bassa temperatura
