18/12/2024: We go to this restaurant recommended by friends and seeing how dinner went I admit that I have to listen to them more often! A place that seems simple but has everything in the right place in every little detail and is "warm and welcoming". The menu takes you into the real Friuli (it is also written in Friulian) with typical dishes, starting from appetizers with sauris ham, formai frant with polenta and an off-menu with tartarre with black truffle. Then under the first courses with plum gnocchi, pasta with venison ragu. For example, the particular cut of Prussian beef and, with honorable mention, the pork leg with beer sauce, simply special. So full we gave up dessert and went straight to coffee. The choice of wines is also excellent, perhaps not as abundant as in other places but with targeted and very valid products. Impeccable service, friendly and approachable. It should be noted that it is not a cheap place but the price is abundantly justified by the quality of the products/services/structure offered, recommended for special occasions. We will definitely be back!

06/12/2024: Welcoming atmosphere and quality food, prepared with an interesting and tasty balance between tradition and innovation between pizzas, meat and fish! All accompanied with selected high quality wines. The staff at work in the kitchen and in the dining room are extremely courteous and kind, always with a smile. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant and trying its delights!

09/11/2024: Excellent place to taste different dishes. From pizza to really well-made fish or meat dishes. The level can be defined as medium-high, especially for the restaurant part. The octopus is very tender and the fried aubergine meatballs are very tasty. The pizzas are not bad at all, even if the type of dough doesn't drive me crazy because although it is nice and large, it is very thin and crumbly, but I appreciate the fact that it remains quite soft and not too crunchy apart from the edge, so that it remains pleasant even while it cools down and then the wood oven does the rest. The condiments are certainly of good quality but the thing I appreciate as a spicy lover is that they make the dough with the addition of Tabasco which makes it pleasantly spicy to taste, a really nice idea. In my opinion, the service is impeccable, indeed, the staff is also very courteous. In general, a place to have lunch or dinner and also have a nice aperitif with friends. I've been there several times and will definitely be back soon.

14/12/2024: The beautiful place is a shame for those who manage it, on Saturday lunch a colleague of mine and I were sent away with the excuse that if we hadn't booked we couldn't eat and the place was completely empty. Congratulations for the treatment received

18/10/2024: We casually passed in front of the store and decided to stop for a tasting. Even though we didn't have a reservation, Cristina made us sit down and after a brief description of the cellar and its wines we tried 5 different glasses. It was a pleasant surprise and I have to thank Cristina for her availability (she also booked us a restaurant for dinner) See you soon and congratulations!

02/01/2025: I was, for the last time ever, in this restaurant I had been going to for a long time with my wife when we were nearby. Unfortunately the quality of the food has dropped significantly and the long waits certainly don't improve the situation. The most painful note, however, was the welcome, when we arrived at the restaurant which was really bad where a person was not kind and without any respect, let me tell you what happened: once we arrived at the restaurant we entered and immediately the manager of this last team with a disgusted and haughty face my wife just because she is a little plump (compared to Asian standards?) however makes us wait because she says the exact words "there is no space here and everything is cramped" (a novelty of that evening, in as we had already been customers several times and the problem had never arisen even with the place full of diners, of the "little space". We are astonished, in the end it leads to the first floor in a small room, just for us, hidden from everyone, almost this lady. she was ashamed to have customers like this. In the end we eat, waiting a long time for the meals to arrive which are not at all at the level they used to be. We end this disastrous experience with me telling this lady that it wasn't nice at all make a person uncomfortable to because of her build and when asked if she knows about body shaming or fat phobia she pretends not to understand and says she was kind by doing so...I conclude by giving two stars to the service only because the waiter Alessandro was very kind and welcoming . Without him this entry would also have been a star. Never again, without education you can't get far dear lady.

28/12/2024: Aesthetically very inviting and welcoming. It stands out for the professionalism of all the staff, order, cleanliness, quality and presentation of the dishes! The red rose 🌹 on the table is that extra touch that makes you understand the attention to the customer! Really good, congratulations!

23/12/2024: Nice welcoming and rustic place, friendly staff and excellent typical Friulian food. A nice place for family or business lunches. There are also rooms for business/tourism travelers obviously by reservation.

22/12/2024: I return after years to this place, warm, welcoming and rich in tradition. Ate very well, traditional dishes, simple as in the past... Starters, first and second courses all of high quality... We couldn't refuse the tiramisu....spectacular!!!! Well done and thank you!!!

21/12/2024: I must say it was a nice "discovery". In the sense that I already knew it, but it had been a while since I went to eat there. Got a hamburger sandwich and a club sandwich.... all very good indeed! Plus a children's menu with fried chicken and chips... The chicken was really very good... Dry and cooked to perfection...!

19/12/2024: Clean and welcoming environment. Exquisite dishes with a good quality-price ratio. Fast and professional service. The staff were always available and smiling, especially Paolino and Serena, who further brightened our evening thanks to their friendliness and professionalism. We will be back!
