06/08/2024: The environment is rustic but well-kept, welcoming and local. It breathes tradition. The service is quick but rushed. The place was definitely not full and yet "they were in a hurry". The menu offers a very limited offering and is a purely winter menu enriched by a daily menu. Small portions and no dish that I will remember except the tiramisu which is excellent! Restaurant bill for being a trattoria.

04/08/2024: The best carbonara I've ever tasted and don't get me started on the salame with vinegar - drool!!! I found the frico a little too chewy for my tastes , but would 100% go back to this restaurant.

22/07/2024: Space!! All very good. Compared to the all you can eat classics that are popular now, it is definitely of superior quality. Very welcoming place and friendly staff. Excellent price. We will definitely be back.

24/07/2024: Dated place, with furnishings that are now old and sparse, without furnishings that recall the food you are going to consume. No air conditioning (as I noticed some fans working) and in fact it was quite hot inside the room and finally I noticed that the large windows (especially those in the entrance were very dirty). Even the beer that is served at the table and at the counter did not seem like the SPATEN at all as I had ordered. And lastly, the toilet is located on a lower floor and therefore there are stairs to access the bathroom, therefore not easy for elderly people and families with children and babies.

The duffel coat and the place for you, yes for you who read. Where do you find it, In Codroipo in Via Circonvallazione Sud.

20/06/2024: Super friendly with people and dogs are all welcome 🆗️🐶🐩🐕‍🦺🦮☑✅✔👌. 🍕Thin, crunchy, light pizza dough with only ultra fresh ingredients. A good address at low prices with tables to eat in or take away. Free parking right in front of the window. We will come back with pleasure.

25/08/2024: In questa zona per far visita alla cantina Vigneti Pittaro, meta immancabile dopo la morte dello stimato Pietro, che, fin dagli anni ’70, ha fatto dei vigneti, dell’uva e del vino una vero bagaglio non solo imprenditoriale ma anche culturale, lasciando notevoli tracce del suo cammino di grande uomo che ha compreso che la cultura sta alla base di ogni successo. Così il suo articolato museo resta un faro di ingegno e creatività artistica in qualche modo legato ad un grande prodotto, il vino, che, come l’arte, s’insinua fin dai tempi più antichi. Dopo la visita ci fermiamo per pranzo a Codroipo all’osteria “La Di Galas”. Il locale, che all’ingresso presenta il bar, all’interno si estende nella sala ristorante, sobria, ma ben allestita, tranquilla, con tavoli opportunamente distanziati. Marzia, la proprietaria, ci accoglie simpaticamente e, con molta gentilezza ci conduce al tavolo. Vediamo sul tavolo le proposte di alcuni menù a prezzo fisso, ma preferiamo scegliere alla carta. Marzia con estrema cortesia scorre con noi le proposte, descrivendole con particolari dai quali cogliamo il suo amore per la cucina. Ci lasciamo perciò un po’ guidare nella scelta, decidendo però per il frico (piatto tipico del luogo) come secondo. Si reca quindi ai fornelli, mentre Teddy la sostituisce ai tavoli, ai quali, nel frattempo, sono arrivati altri avventori. Teddy, persona simpaticissima e molto professionale, ci imbandisce il tavolo con molta cura conversando affabilmente. Abbiamo gradito moltissimo le preparazioni di Marzia, soprattutto il frico eseguito egregiamente. Impegno e passione per la cucina si denotano sempre, anche se a volte gli ingredienti non sono molti, basta saperli gestire sapientemente. Soddisfatti dal primo al dessert, Refosco compreso. Grazie Marzia e Teddy, i sapori sono più sapidi con un po’ di empatia!

14/08/2024: During our stay in Codroipo we ate at the Osteria La Di Galas. We started with the aperitives in a separate room, which was tastefully furnished, with tables nicely set. The owner explained the menu in detail and recommended certain dishes and corresponding wines. We mainly followed his recommendations and had an excellent dinner, all very tasteful and pleasantly presented. The Owner is multilingual and served the dishes and frequently, but unostentatiously asked, if everything was in order. We enjoyed the place, the excellent food and service. The place is certainly a recommendation, despite the more rustic entrance and bar.

09/07/2024: Tasteful terrace and friendly waiters. I ordered a Tagliatelle bbq, which was decent, but I expected a little bit more. Overall a nice place!

21/03/2024: Nice and clean place, with the possibility of sitting outside all year round. We are regular customers and have always had a good time. The aperitif (generous, not like in some places where there is more ice in the glass than anything else...!) is always accompanied by croutons of fresh, quality cold cuts. You can also buy cold cuts and cheeses (I recommend the basil frant) and bottles for gifts. Paola is super, you can see that she has passion for her work!

28/01/2024: Very nice and welcoming wine shop, wide choice of wines, possibility to also enjoy drinks, excellent crostini with Wolf cold cuts, many outdoor tables, the owner and the very kind and friendly staff. I recommend it for a delicious canapé and an excellent prosecco... congratulations, wonderful place
