04/02/2025: The classic Friulian trattoria, a little further south than Villa Manin in Passariano in Middle Friuli. It is informal but welcoming and indeed rather well-kept, well-run by a family. Suitable for business lunches with an adequate and complete menu. But also at family lunches and dinners. Typical Friulian dishes but tasty and suitable for foodies Simple and efficient service. And the prices are certainly low in relation to the quality.

18/10/2024: We casually passed in front of the store and decided to stop for a tasting. Even though we didn't have a reservation, Cristina made us sit down and after a brief description of the cellar and its wines we tried 5 different glasses. It was a pleasant surprise and I have to thank Cristina for her availability (she also booked us a restaurant for dinner) See you soon and congratulations!

02/03/2025: It is the second time I have come to eat pizza and I must say that it is always an excellent choice for those who want to indulge in a light and tasty pizza: thin dough (with a choice between wholemeal and normal) and, in addition to the menu of traditional and special pizzas, you can directly choose the ingredients to make your own pizza. I give three stars to the food only because I haven't yet had the chance to try the first and second courses they offer, but I will definitely be back. The service overall is very good, with polite, smiling and friendly staff. Furthermore, I appreciated the apologies received after a prolonged wait before receiving the ordered pizza (unforeseen cause, not encountered the first time). Advised!

28/02/2025: After 20 years I will never go back! Reluctantly, I find myself writing this negative review. This evening a dear friend and I, after months of not seeing each other, decided to meet up for a quiet evening. When this happens, we always choose the same place: the Shanghai Chinese restaurant. We have been frequenting it for twenty years (my friend even longer), always appreciating the quality of the dishes and the care in the presentation. Tonight, however, the experience was unpleasant to say the least. The owner sat us down and took our order. We chose two dishes to start, specifying that we would order more calmly. His reaction was unexpected and unpleasant: he scolded us sharply, saying that he cannot live with two ordered dishes and asking us what we are going to do at the restaurant if we intend to eat so little (which is also not true). His attitude was embarrassing and disrespectful, so much so that it even left nearby customers uncomfortable, who confided to us that they had received the same treatment. After twenty years of loyalty to this place, I think the time has come for a change. It's really sad to have to say goodbye to a place we were fond of, but respect for customers should always come first. Bye bye, Shanghai restaurant.

30/12/2024: He estado visitando esta pizzería desde que era un niño y estoy en el lado equivocado de 45. Esta última visita tuvimos a mi hijo pequeño que es un dolor para atender (nd) , pero eran grandes y encima de las patatas fritas gratis, le hicieron un pequeño plato de pan de pizza plana recién cocinado, que le encantó. Disfrutamos de nuestra hermosa pizza y pasta con algunos viejos amigos y era como en los viejos tiempos. Hay algunos buenos pizzeros en Codroipo, y el Medaglia sigue siendo uno de los mejores.
