07/09/2025: Extremely Rude: The front desk threw me a punch in the face twice while I was still speaking. Liars: "Upcoming events" that don't exist and "Set-ups in progress" with phantom staff. Marketing and employee image: ZERO. Openly and shamelessly focused on immediate profit. Recognition of customer loyalty: NONE. Courtesy and open-mindedness: Imagine it, because it doesn't exist here!!! Too bad: The Old Mill, a historic and refined environment that some have always been fond of, is now held hostage by a team with manners that are, to say the least, crude. This also happens when sour elders show no consideration for anyone younger than them, and don't think it's an added value to include other generations. We recommend that the front desk and front line staff take an intensive course in good manners; it would be the MINIMUM!!!! You've really made a horrible fool of yourself!!! What a shame about the total decadence and decline of manners: I've known about the Old Mill since I was a child; my family has always been a regular visitor, so much so that over the years we've relied on them to organize important events. Now I, anonymous, am treated by them like a tramp. What a shame!!!! The Old Mill is no more...

08/08/2025: I can only review the restaurant. The place is well-maintained, with a well-kept garden. A romantic spot for a dinner or lunch on special occasions. The food is top-notch, and the service is top-notch. I can't comment on the rooms because I've never stayed there.

14/09/2025: It took forever just to order and get a drink. Even though the poor waiters were literally running around, they were too few and couldn't keep up with the customers. The beer arrived wrong. The food is good but quite expensive.

19/08/2025: I had the pleasure of dining here for my birthday. The place is very charming inside, and the garden outside is equally beautiful. I ordered a mixed seafood platter; the quantity was incredible, and the quality was equally impressive. The wine selection is also a plus. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. Definitely recommended, and I plan to return soon.

13/08/2025: We stumbled upon it by mistake, but it was a good thing. We had a picanha with grilled vegetables and a braciola with baked potatoes for dinner. The meat was delicious, and we enjoyed it, as was the dessert with lemon marmalade. The service was more than good, and the prices were average.

29/07/2025: My first experience with Italian pizza. I really liked it and recommend it. I know it's a simple pizza, but I really enjoyed it.

20/07/2025: Paying €2.70 for a slice of Margherita is absurd. Add to that the quality of the pizza itself, which is comparable to a frozen one, and the nonexistent service—you have to bring it yourself and clean the table you eat at, since they don't even bother to wipe it down every now and then—and it says it all. At a restaurant, you pay less and you get what you pay for.

17/04/2025: Clean place, I've been with company more than once, both for lunch and dinner and also tried takeaway service. Kind and polite staff, good food and a beautiful place, comfortable and spacious chairs, fun to see the sushi conveyor belt going around all the tables and everyone helping themselves with the dishes they like best. All you can it formula for both lunch and dinner. Clearly it costs more in the evening because there are more dishes, plus the possibility of taking à la carte dishes included in the price of the all you can eat. Excellent quality of fish, beautiful, private place... Lunch with all you can eat formula around 15 euros, while dinner around 25 euros each. They also do a single dish, more than enough for lunch or light dinner... Staff who speak Italian very well so there are no communication problems, located inside the hemisphere shopping center of the Veneto river. Ideal for a meal both alone and in company. End of meal sorbet included in the price. Highly recommended since I always felt really good!!!!!
