I found the disposable toothbrush in the bathroom and the ladies' sanitary pads, all completely free, to be an extra touch of customer service. Well done, I'll definitely be back 👏

18/05/2026: I stayed for a week for work. The hotel was pleasant and well-maintained.
The room and bathroom were clean and always tidy. The food was excellent.
All the staff were friendly and courteous, always available to answer any questions.
If I have the chance, I'll definitely stay here again!
16/05/2026: Good food and friendly staff. The music was a tad loud and inside it was cold. Would still recommend.

13/07/2026: Saturday, July 11th, we booked for 8:30 PM. We let them know that due to problems, we'd be delayed, because I think it's fair. We arrived at 9:45 PM. Without reading the menu, we already knew what to order: 3 squid ink dishes. The very kind waiter told us: "There's a minimum wait of an hour for those because there's a large table," forcing us to choose something else if they wanted a shorter wait. I'd say it's quite shameful to have such service at practically 10 PM without even being notified on the second call.
Of course, we ended up getting up and having dinner elsewhere in less time than the suggested wait.
A tip to avoid losing customers: let them know if you have any problems or delays; this too is disrespectful.

05/02/2025: Il cibo è ottimo, l' attesa è lunga (cosa che non pesa visto che poi, appunto, si mangia bene e tutti contemporaneamente, cosa non scontata in molti locali), l' unica pecca... Manca un po' di cortesia da parte di una cameriera che onestamente ci ha fatto passare la voglia di ritornare... peccato!
Inoltre abbiamo scoperto che la domenica a pranzo non fanno pizze, sarebbe opportuno indicarlo anche in fase di prenotazione.

28/05/2025: Sweets are always fresh and delicious and coffee is great. Service is good. Even if you don't know italian, it's ok. It's in the city center, but there are free parking on the street that is free for one hour.
14/05/2025: I highly recommend you take a SWEET stop at this location... Illy coffee and exquisite pastries accompanied by the friendliness and cordiality of the owner Flavio and his very nice collaborators.
Highly recommended.

11/11/2025: A classic small-town kebab shop. The location is very central, but it's a shame about the atmosphere. It's not dirty, but it's not wow-worthy either, just average.
I only had a piadina kebab, which wasn't great. The service was quick, and the guy was nice.
