02/06/2026: Two of us arrived, and it was quite crowded, admittedly, but they took our order after 15 minutes, and the dishes arrived after another 40.
Furthermore, two tables near us, who arrived 20 minutes later, received their food well before us and even finished theirs.
The dishes were good and hot when they arrived.
Honestly, I expected better service, too.
11/05/2026: Unfortunately, after a couple of relatively positive experiences, this time our dishes were cold, including the fries. A shame. The staff was kind.

09/06/2026: A very disappointing experience. The tables were dirty and didn't look like they'd been cleaned in a while, even though the place was empty. The food was served very sloppily, practically thrown in the bag with no attention to presentation. Furthermore, we had ordered large menus, meaning large portions of fries, but the container wasn't even filled for a small portion, which was truly disappointing.
The staff was also very indifferent and unhelpful. They seemed inexperienced and didn't try to help or resolve the issues reported. Overall, the service and customer service fell far short of expectations. I hope improvements are made, because an experience like this doesn't encourage a return visit.
06/06/2026: These 5 stars are for Noemi! She's the girl who supervised my 9-year-old son's birthday party at Mc Donald's. She was excellent at leading a group of boys and two girls. She was sweet, empathetic, and had a great personality. She's also a mother herself. She always managed to get their attention (which isn't easy!), manage them on her own, and keep them entertained. The children kept coming to her before leaving to say hello. She's a lifelong favorite! A huge thank you to the woman, mother, and worker! We hope to encourage her to always be like this. ❤️

04/04/2026: Truly delicious yogurt. I frequent this place often, but since there was a staff change, I've found kindness and helpfulness again, something I hadn't seen in a while.
Special mention to the three girls: the very kind and cute blonde, the girl with the Tuscan braid, very helpful and friendly, and the girl with black hair, also very kind and friendly.

07/08/2025: Wonderful place, food served quickly and freshly made. The courtesy is undeniable. We had dinner today, but I come here often because I work downtown, and I've never had any complaints. In fact, they also have Greek beers and desserts that are truly out of this world.
Highly recommended.
28/07/2025: On Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 9:00 PM, my family and I chose this place for a dinner unlike any other.
After consulting the menu, we showed up at the counter and were told the kitchen was closed!
We were disappointed and had no choice but to go to the wiener house across the street. I must say, two very kind ladies greeted us. Once seated, we checked the Kalos Tiare website and saw that closing time is 10:00 PM. We checked the reviews and realized it's customary to not accommodate customers during opening hours by saying it's too late to eat. We wonder... Is it possible that a manager doesn't intervene with the staff who close early, causing a loss of revenue and giving the place a bad reputation?

17/02/2025: Pizze precotte con ingredienti crudi. Ci hanno fatto pagare 28,50 per 2 pizze sottili e una birra con servizio e coperto. Alla mia protesta un dipendente di colore mi ha attaccato dicendomi che sono maleducato senza interloquire. La pizza peggiore della mia vita. Non ci tornerò mai più.
26/01/2025: Devo dire che sono rimasto molto deluso, sopratutto a livello di servizio, confusione tra i camerieri abbiamo chiesto un acqua per più di tre volte e non è mai arrivata, ci hanno fatto sedere in 5 su un tavolo da 4 la cosa è stata notata da uno dei camerieri e ci ha detto che si potevano unire dei tavoli, il tavolo accanto al nostro non è stato sparecchiato da quando siamo arrivati fino a quando abbiamo finito di mangiare. Mi dispiace ma non ci tornerò

07/07/2025: Servizio pessimo. Attesa infinita per fare l'ordinazione, alla fine ce ne siamo andati in un altro bar. Tornati dopo una settimana pensando fosse stato un caso invece abbiamo avuto la conferma.
06/07/2025: Bibite calde e pizzette bruciate. Con un minimo di attenzione si potrebbe fare meglio, anche perchè il bar non era particolarmente pieno al momento della visita

Piadina vegana con verdura e salsa, prodotto vegano non pervenuto.
Piadina in attesa appoggiata sul bancone.
Dalla cucina a vista: prima a prendere soldi in cassa e con gli stessi guanti a farcire piadine.
Ah, consapevole che, essendo una catena, nessuno avrà a cuore un esame di coscienza.
