06/01/2026: This restaurant and brewery is located in a beautiful villa with spacious outdoor areas. The place is very charming, with plenty of seating but not too noisy. Excellent value for money, with generous portions. The staff are very friendly and proactive. They also focus on local products, offering a wide selection of excellent, artisanal grappas and amaros from a local distillery.
04/01/2026: Excellent location, perfect service, professional, courteous staff. More than interesting menu.
Definitely worth a try.

The meat dinner was very good (about 30 euros per person, but it filled us up and quenched our thirst for two days).
Good bikes.
And a good Budweiser beer (the Czech one, of course).

The dessert was a perfect end to an excellent dinner.

31/01/2026: A must-visit when I pass through Monfalcone. Amazing burgers, exceptional fries, and super friendly owners. An old-school pub where you can enjoy lunch or dinner in good company.

18/03/2026: The only place in Ronchi with an outdoor garden where you can sit. I've noticed the dessert selection improving over the years, and I think it's one of the best in the area. I love the fruit pastries and the Sachertorte. Friendly staff.
02/02/2026: A tasty breakfast in the summer garden is always a pleasure, with children's play areas available.
Even in autumn, it's always a pleasure.
The braided bread is excellent.
An interesting selection of teas, chocolates, and specialty products...to be discovered.

13/12/2025: I haven't tried anything; I can only comment on the location. The bar is rustic and charming. The place is quiet. There's seating, a large play area for children with swings, and even a basketball court. A very pleasant place to grab a few beers or grab a sandwich.

08/02/2026: Bad! Very bad.
I came with friends, so I already knew I'd have to adapt to what I'd find. Unfortunately, they don't even have a very basic vegan first course (pasta with vegetables, a 'arrabbiata', mushrooms, etc.) and they're unwilling to cooperate.
The worst part was the intolerance towards my dog: she's 18 years old, blind, deaf, and has CSD (cognitive dysfunction syndrome). We're used to placing her on a chair next to us, in her kennel, and she feels calm and usually sleeps.
When I asked for a chair for this, the owner flatly refused, without any real reason, except that it's their rule.
I won't comment. Unfortunately, people like this still exist.
05/02/2026: Rude staff. We came in with our dog and they already gave us dirty looks. He's on the chair in his carrier. They wanted him to stay on the floor (which he can fit on), but the rudeness with which she addressed us was truly appalling. We told them that if we were a bother, we'd leave. She rudely told us she didn't care. We left. It's unclear how certain environments manage to continue. Never again. Stay away.

31/01/2026: Let's just say the name of this place has never been more fitting! I think they really cook to waste time because cooking isn't their strong point... Overcooked pasta, meager main course, and a workers' menu for €17.00. The place would be nice, but you're freezing cold. Not recommended.

17/10/2025: Terrible, you pay to have cold things, but a girl with short hair really doesn't want to work, it's an insult to those who have been doing this job for years, I've been working in catering for 17 years and if I find someone like this girl I'll never go back, I asked for mozzarella and they arrived cold when I asked to heat them up she looked at me askance, took them back and brought them back cold, put them in the microwave for 30 seconds. I used to go there willingly, but I swear I'm never going back! €15 for 3 mozzarellas 1 glass of wine and 1 coke, all disgusting, annoying and ugly even to look at behind a counter! Change jobs girl it's not for you!

14/12/2025: Ordered pizzas on two separate occasions in the last month. Both times, the pizzas arrived very late, exceeding the stated delivery time.
09/12/2025: Takeaway pizzeria located on Via Volontari della Libertà in the town of Ronchi dei Legionari in the province of Gorizia in a shop primarily dedicated to takeaway pizza which I find good, tasty and well cooked. The only flaw is the delay in home delivery, never on time!!!
