19/01/2025: I'm sorry for the rather harsh review, I wish I could have loved the restaurant. The first impression is excellent, as the environment is very refined, aesthetically elegant and the menu is very varied. The main problem was, more than the food which was not bad, but nothing special and not too tasty (I turn a blind eye to the fact that both on my plate and in my dessert I found a hair, but sending the plate back after all that wait...), the staff was rather rude (with the exception of the young boy, who was really kind, helpful and attentive!): we were welcomed by the owner who turned up his nose upon learning that we would end up being 3 people instead of the 4 of the reservation; he tells us to go to our table (he was the one who followed us in the corridor) and when we ask where the table is so as not to go by chance, he replies annoyed "eh, I'll tell you now" and when we reach the end of the corridor I was the one who having to say "what now? right or left?", he didn't even accompany us to the table, he simply pointed to it from afar; then the waiter arrives, who replied annoyedly to any question about the menu and who didn't even address the elderly lady at the table with us who was treated with disdain; given that the wait would have been at least 30 minutes (which was more but it wasn't a problem), 5 minutes after our order we think about ordering an appetizer to share and when the waiter is asked "we are late to order an appetizer (three bruschettas) while waiting for the dishes?", he replies "yes you are late, it takes a quarter of an hour to prepare it". Too bad, I had already gone there in the past for a pizza and I had a better experience, I don't know what happened...

25/12/2024: Another example of how in Bolzano you can sell fried shoes and be appreciated. In any other city, the pizza chef and his team would have gone to pick apricots instead of doing delicatessen. But that's it! Unclassifiable in terms of the quality of the dishes and the professionalism of the staff. Terrible!
