12/04/2025: A fine 1-star restaurant: We decided on a 5-course menu with wine accompaniment and were impressed with every course. The cheese plate was also excellent. The service is very attentive and highly professional, Mr. Oberhammer served some of the dishes himself and explained the dishes to us.
Overall, a lot of attention to detail and if we are in the area again we would be happy to come back :)
19/02/2025: A wonderful experience. Great, perfectly prepared cuisine and very nice service. A very flexible approach to the tasting menu. Perfectly paired wines. Perfect luxury accessories. Beautiful and refined decor. And when you ask for a selection of cheeses, you get cheeses made by a world champion cheese maker.

L accoglienza,per un proprietario di struttura,dovrebbe essere un vanto ed una prerogativa,specie se i locali dalla sala,alle stanze,risentono di uno stantio senza fine.
Mi sarebbe piaciuto parlarne bene,ma dalle lenzuola agli asciugamani,tutto era vecchio.
Anche il prezzo,poco economico, avrebbe fatto sperare in meglio.
Sconsiglio vivamente.

27/06/2024: Abbiamo pranzato un lunedì di giugno 2024. , Un gruppo di 51 persone. Siamo stati veramente bene. Pranzo ottimo. Personale veramente gentile, serviti in tempi conforme alle nostre richieste. Prezzo buono. Ringraziamo, se torniamo a Bressanone, sicuramente ci ritorniamo.
31/01/2024: Ein Abendessen mit der Familie hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Wir hatten einen schön gedeckten Tisch in einer traditionell gemütlichen Gaststube. Die Auswahl an Speisen war reichhaltig und von bester Qualität. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient und bei den Getränken gut beraten. Das Restaurant ist in der Altstadt gelegen und bietet einen ruhigen, gemütlichen Ort für ein tolles Essen.
