04/08/2025: Two years ago, I gave you 4 stars. Today, I have to correct that because everything has really changed. There are five people behind the counter, but it's as if there were one. Everyone seems to be moving about doing something, but if you look at them, they're literally doing nothing. Every time I ask for a macchiato, I get a non-macchiato. The service is slow, and when customers pile up, you feel lost. The products have remained the same, while others have changed and gotten worse. The gelato is acceptable.
