06/01/2025: I discovered this restaurant on Google Maps while looking for a place to have dinner.
I must say that the environment is very welcoming. We ordered drinks and food; the first cocktail for my boyfriend was unbalanced, with more water than anything else. However, the staff quickly noticed this and promptly replaced the drink. However the wine for me, very good..
However, I expected more from the dish I chose.
01/11/2024: We came to Vercelli by chance and by chance we found Vale and his chef. Being in Vercelli I wanted to eat risotto, but the two restaurants we went to were fully booked. By pure chance we arrived at Soul Kitchen and I'm so happy not to have found a place in the previous places. Vale is very nice and the food is of excellent quality. Congratulations you are special (like the 2013 Vale coffee 😁)

26/01/2025: Nella pausa di una giornata sugli sci, prenotiamo un tavolo per due persone in questo storico ristorante. Posizione meravigliosa sulle piste, ambiente accogliente e caldo, servizio veloce e molto cordiale! Peccato che la porzione di fonduta fosse scarsissima ed accompagnata da due foglie di insalata belga e due, due, crostini; ho dovuto ordinare anche i pizzoccheri, molto buoni; mia moglie, spätzle e crème caramel; acqua, due bicchieri di buon nebbiolo e due caffè. Conto salato da € 78,50
04/01/2025: I had booked from 13 to 15 January, a week before they called me to cancel the reservation, citing a phantom inspection, in the middle of the winter season (?) ... I'll let you imagine how convenient it was to look for another place to stay, with availability for the same days.
Obviously the new booking had much higher costs given the short time.
