28/08/2025: A true French bistro in the mountains, family-run, with few tables and a limited menu.
An interesting dining experience.
23/08/2025: I wasn't familiar with this restaurant, but I was so pleased! The restaurant is charming, nestled in the countryside just outside Rivisondoli. It's family-run, and everyone is truly kind and knowledgeable. I was struck by their passion for food, wine, local produce (they produce many things, including the wheat they personally harvest on the mountain visible from the restaurant), and for Abruzzo.
The cuisine is different from typical Abruzzo cuisine because the chef, the owner's wife, is French.
We ate an excellent fondue with 3-4 cheeses, a stuffed eggplant, a delicious roast beef, and an excellent venison.
But what really blew me away were the four desserts we ordered, unique and truly amazing. The price was lower than we expected (€55 per person).
There are only a few tables, so reservations are recommended!

03/06/2024: Pranzo per comunione. Stesso giorno avevano un compleanno di 40 anni ed un' altra comunione. Camerieri totali 2. Tempo trascorso tra il 1° primo ed il secondo primo più di 90'. Antipasti, nonostante fossero nel menu, non sono arrivati tutti. Costretti a mangiare le portate dei secondi, nello stesso piatto. Come i contorni e l' insalata.
Se non sei capace di affrontare 100 persone, non accettarle tutte. Perché poi non soddisfi nessuno.
