26/06/2025: A wonderful surprise. It combines refinement and familiarity, novelty and tradition. The view is magnificent. The place smells of old and new, the service is impeccable. The chef is present and kind. The choice of liqueurs, grappas and the like is remarkable. The recipes offered are all appetizing. The desserts, in particular, are surprising. Truly a beautiful experience.

16/06/2025: The burgers and fries were good, the problem was when paying. Despite the offer on the menu to pay 1.50 for the fries with the burger, at the cashier they made me pay full price. I wanted to complain but they kept the receipt.
12/06/2025: Very good sandwich, but the revelation was the appetizers, I have never eaten such good chicken wings and pulled pork bites, highly recommended!

21/05/2025: Excellent food, the proposals recall the Romagna tradition, they offer Argentine meat, excellent, I had the tagliata and it was very good, I went there with the family, the portions are abundant, the staff very welcoming, the environment reminds a bit of a trattoria, very nice, it is in the square, easy to find, with convenient and free parking, absolutely recommended, excellent value for money

Perfect welcome from Mr. Gennaro who followed us and accompanied us in our choices with professionalism and courtesy.
Truly excellent food, high quality raw materials all washed down with an excellent wine.

21/04/2025: Siamo stati per il pranzo di Pasquetta in 12 persone. Servizio confusionario, lento e con poca esperienza. Abbiamo ricevuto i menù e ordinato in ritardo, dopo averli sollecitati, avendo anche dei bambini che alle 14 e oltre avevano fame e sete (anche per avere l'acqua abbiamo atteso oltre 30min). I piatti (uno a testa) sono arrivati dopo oltre 90 minuti e dopo 2 ore e 30 Min mancavano ancora dei secondi (uno mai arrivato e uno non segnato nella comanda dal cameriere "più esperto" presente in sala). Le lasagne avevano un sapore con una nota di acidità ma tutto il resto era comunque valido, ma, avendo atteso così tanto non abbiamo avuto modo di gustare a pieno le pietanze da noi scelte. Non ci ritornerei affatto.

12/05/2025: We had dinner on Saturday evening, after the place changed management from what I understand. The sandwiches were still very good, but only three stars for the terrible service.
There were eight of us, the only table having dinner apart from a table of two. They came to take the order after 20 minutes and another 40 minutes of waiting for the food. We had been asked if the chips were included in the burger and it was confirmed that each burger was included: they arrived without chips and later 3 baskets of chips were placed in the center of the table to share. I think everyone should have the full plate because no requests were shared!
To ask for a bottle of water I had to get up and ask the guy behind the counter on his cell phone
After we had finished no one came to clear the table, they started cleaning the place and putting in the cushions of the sofas outside.
Finally, after another half hour they arrived to clear the table and they didn't even have a dessert apart from tarts and pancakes. It was my favorite place to eat burgers but unfortunately I will never go back..

Excellent quality of the meat probably cooked at low temperature, sauces and even the bread are of excellent quality!
Very nice atmosphere and welcoming staff!

24/05/2025: This restaurant is the TOP, immersed in a beautiful nature that surrounds it. Here you can savor the spirit of Romagna in every sense, starting with the always warm and enveloping welcome to continue with a superb cuisine where you can rediscover the authentic flavors of this region. When we pass by these parts, we live about a hundred kilometers away, stopping at Acque Salate has become a consolidated habit. By now, we have fully explored their menus, which naturally vary with the seasons, and we have always savored exceptional cuisine, from pizzas, to piadinas, to first courses, to always tasty and tender meats. This review refers to a recent dinner, where we indulged in "the pleasures of Meat", starting with a superb tartare and a dry and crunchy mixed fry, to conclude with a tender and tasty sliced steak accompanied by a nice plate of grilled vegetables. A couple of baskets of very hot piadina, freshly made, replaced the bread to honor the traditions of Rimini. Everything was excellent and plentiful, so full that in the end there was not even a tiny place left for a dessert. What can I say... if you want to find friendly hospitality, smiles, good food and above all honest prices, you just have to try it. You will surely be satisfied and also surprised by the genius of the owner, who in a continuous evolution, always seeks a tone of novelty in the restaurant to give the best to her customers!!!

We had so much fun at Matteo&Jéssica's wedding.
The meat was uniquely good.
The tagliatelle were excellent.
The risotto was delicious.
The porchetta...Unique!
