I must say that the place and service were impeccable, the environment was very pleasant, the staff was very helpful and kind, and the food surprised us with its quality and experimentation!
A beautiful project that helps people to reintegrate into life and improve themselves surrounded by a beautiful and motivational environment!

22/06/2025: I returned to Chiosco di Bacco after a long time without going and I didn't regret it at all. Beautiful atmosphere, very well-prepared and excellent quality dishes, kind and prepared staff. In short, an all-round experience. I will return more often, excellent food, combinations that you don't eat every day and don't find easily and then as soon as you enter you feel at ease.

18/05/2025: New place, limited menu, impeccable service, kind. Exceptional entrees, bread and focaccia.
Starter: potatoes with goat robiola cheese, very good, gnocchi with pork ragù and rocket foam, not to my liking.
1 starter (potato), 2 gnocchi, 1 glass of local wine, 1 bottle of water €70.00.
The view from this place is wonderful.
I'm sorry I didn't find the warmth and flavors of the place I knew.
05/05/2025: Very nice and simple place. Very friendly, competent and present dining room staff. The food was excellent, but I had no doubts already knowing the quality of chef Gasperoni's work. The view of the Valmarecchia valley is beautiful and the village of Montebello is nice to visit. It's definitely worth a short trip with a stop for lunch or dinner at a restaurant.

31/05/2025: I entered with enthusiasm the second time and unfortunately I was disappointed this time.
Little attention to the customer regarding the meals: tagliatelle not drained from the cooking water and mixed with a ragù that was not very "convincing"... not to mention the excellent passatelli but very salty, it would be necessary to be less in a hurry to bring the orders to the table, making sure to "arrange" the meals by tasting them and checking not to make these banal mistakes.
A real shame!

23/06/2025: I was at Tenuta Saiano during the summer evenings called “Bucolica”.
The location is WOW but unfortunately the food and service are not.
The dishes we ordered were not very exciting, the cutting board was nothing special. The wine, which they produce, was certainly good but I was presented with a bottle without a label (why?!?) at a very high price. The cover charge of 3.5 euros is exaggerated. They don’t bring you anything and the table doesn’t even have a paper placemat.
Another unpleasant note is the mosquitoes but I’ll overlook that even if a few more precautions could be made.
Ultimately I don’t recommend it.
