The surprise menu is a discovery of excellent traditional dishes.
Reasonable price for the quantity of dishes and the quality of the food.
Experience to recommend.
28/12/2024: Truly a unique experience! Since we were in the area we managed to have lunch here, and the experience was excellent. The food was delicious, the atmosphere very intimate and in a very characteristic place. Next time we will come back even hungrier, because the quantities of food are not scarce. The dishes kept arriving. The first courses are really special, but the whole thing is a truly magnificent experience

10/06/2025: Family-run tavern with a traditional menu and the friendliness of the Apennines. On the road to Villa Minozzo. Not big and with a small and fresh portico. I have to give a high rating because I was lucky enough to come across a Sunday where the "Bomba di Riso" was available, a dish that I love! in white with mushrooms and ragu (not with tomato like some do). very good, I had two portions! Then the usual green and pumpkin tortelli, taglatelle with ragu or mushrooms. All very good. Thanks G.

14/07/2025: Delicious and unique pizzas. Great attention to detail in the combination of ingredients, carefully and professionally selected. The beers and desserts are also excellent.
A family atmosphere, where we immediately felt at ease, welcomed with kindness and friendliness. Thank you.
13/07/2025: I would have given 0 stars, but I can't...
Four of us arrived, including two 75-year-olds and a little dog... They made us sit at a table, in a corner away from everyone, with the place half empty... After two minutes, the guy who had us sit down came back, saying that dogs weren't allowed in and that we had to leave... In 2025, there are still places that don't take dogs and that kick you out... Welcome to the Middle Ages!!!! If you love animals, stay as far away from places like this as possible.
Oh, I forgot... Finally, a very elderly, white-haired, very arrogant lady came out and told us that dogs bother the customers... I think rude people like that bother them much more!!!
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Taken appetizer, first course and dessert, all very good and right portions.
16/03/2025: Restaurant near the center of Villa Minozzo, very large internal spaces, they have a space used with several tables also outside.
They offer a simple menu with traditional dishes and also have a menu with pizzas, normal prices, friendly staff.
I recommend reviewing the internal temperature of the room in winter because it was a bit cold, but it is a subjective opinion.

20/04/2025: I didn't like it at all. We ate terrible on Easter day. Never again.
12/04/2025: I'm sorry, but I found the price excessive. 70 euros for 2 people is too much for the area, we ate: 1 entree with a piece of grass and 1 piece of savory pie, 2 first courses each and 1 second course each and a dessert. In the area for the same quantities we have lunch for around 40 euros in total. From the reviews I expected to eat something more typical, such as mutton, but nothing like that. The philosophy behind it is beautiful but the implementation is less so. You cannot pay by debit card.

From breakfast: with homemade cakes, a sandwich with prosciutto and pecorino cheese, to lunch: tagliatelle, "inimitable" leek tortelli, polenta, wild boar, mushrooms... and afternoon gnocco fritto, with cold cuts. To finish, a selection of homemade liqueurs. MUST TRY. Find some time to visit a place where the food, and Aunt Carla, are authentic, like they used to be.
Thanks also to all the staff, especially Alina, a hard worker with the temperament of a great Ukrainian woman.
27/06/2025: I called yesterday to find out if they offered a bivouac service and asked if I could pitch my tent out there. As a response, I received a big curse and the phone hung up in my face, STUNNED. Luckily, I managed to contact the Segheria refuge, who were really helpful and kind.

10/02/2025: Ambiente pulito, ma datato e poco curato. Ancora presenti le decorazioni natalizie in febbraio. Un bel presepe ma ma le restanti abbastanza dozzinali, come l'ambiente. Ma siamo in montagna e ci si adegua. Il Menù, a voce, presenta un grande varietà di tortelli (che in realtà sono ravioli), con diversi ripieni ma tutti conditi con burro e salvia. Buoni ma non buonissimi, secondi idem, porzioni dolce enormi. Grande varietà di lambruschi. il menù era conosciuto solo da un cameriere che non si è presentato spesso al tavolo, gli altri camerieri un po' improvvisati. Prezzo totale per 10 persone 300 euro per un primo, un secondo ed un dolce , non esagerando nel mangiare e bevendo 1 sola bottiglia di vino in 10.
02/12/2024: Questo ristorante è ampio e si presenta con grandi tavolate apparecchiate in modo classico. Abbiamo un menù vario dove i piatti migliori sono state le rosette al forno e il dolce di mascarpone. Il servizio è curato e professionale. Bravi!

26/01/2025: Al ristorante oggi do' dieci e lode!nn gli manca niente, è pulito, accogliente, spazioso.. La vista è magnifica.Il personale è gentile, attento e sorridente.. E il cibo super. Oggi antipasto offerto da loro, cosa ormai rara, zuppa di funghi, patate e crostini da brividi, polenta con cinghiale che si scioglie in bocca, persino il caffè è super, cremoso e in bicchierino. Prezzi giusti, in due 45 euro. Una certezza mangiare qui. Grazie grazie
06/01/2025: Ogni piatto è speciale, la cortesia dei ragazzi è infinita (soprattutto Alda) i cuochi oltre che bravi sono simpaticissimi. Torniamo sempre con piacere in questo rifugio.

13/05/2025: Nel piccolo borgo di Costabona,raggiungibile da Villa Minozzo in pochi km,ecco questa ridende Osteria con giardinetto per aperitivi,ingresso bar con qualche posto e 2 sale ,una sobria e piacevole e una ridondante di “ reliquie” rock e non solo.Servizio giovane e femminile e rapido.Tortelli verdi ottimi,le pappardelle al cinghiale,poca pasta è troppo condimento slegato( sapore ok. Contorni tutti buonissimi,giardiniera,patate,crudi te’ e bietoline.Stinco classico e bollito misto minimalista. Zuppa inglese e Mascarpone con nocciole da leccarsi i baffi.Consigliato,aperto pero’ solo ven-sab-dom.

L'accoglienza è stata meravigliosa, personale con una grande disponibilità. Si respira un'atmosfera famigliare e calda.

17/05/2025: Il locale si trova in una bella zona, in mezzo alla natura e al relax. Buono lo gnocco fritto. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito è stato molto bravo, attento e gentile. I colleghi ed il titolare dovrebbero imparare da lui.
