that I can eat) for each of them Daniele, the owner, explained to me both the breeding and taste characteristics, the care in preparing the food capable of respecting and enhancing the excellent raw material, a cellar embarrassing for the abundance of the proposal, a service attentive to detail, a synthesis which is not at all obvious and which I greatly appreciate, it deserves it!

27/08/2024: Trattoria di campagna davanti a un campo di girasoli, servizio molto cordiale, e tutto davvero ottimo (da un menù non troppo vasto, che è sempre un buon segno): antipasto di salumi misti con giardiniera e gnocco fritto appena cotto, anolini al ragù di brasato e arrosto di vitello. Ho amato molto anche la torta con crema di mascarpone e frutti di bosco. Prezzi onesti, ci tornerei molto volentieri.
24/08/2024: Unacceptable to find it closed when we had called the day before to book and were told "see you tomorrow"!
If you wanted to keep it closed, you had to call us and tell us, so we didn't waste time arriving and looked for something else!

30/06/2024: I turned to the Trattoria di Verano da Giovanni to organize my retirement dinner, I was advised very well on the choice of menu and wines to match.
The evening was fantastic:
Carmela and Azzurra's table service was impeccable, superlative food, tortelli with mushrooms to die for, fabulous sliced meat, top-notch cake, all accompanied by excellent wines.
Impeccable cleanliness, excellent value for money.
At the table you eat typical cuisine of the Piacenza area.
I highly recommend.
21/06/2024: We went to dinner for the first time this evening... very nice, rustic, clean place, pleasant atmosphere, excellent food... Piacenza cured meats, excellent first courses... we had a very good time and we will be back very soon😍😍😍😍

Special marrow, pigeon treated to perfection, incredible sorbet to close an excellent lunch.
More than correct expense for what was taken, both in quantity and quality.
16/06/2024: Abbiamo scelto bene e ne siamo usciti soddisfatti. Le tre d.o.p piacentine accompagnate dalla loro giardiniera(acquistata nella bottega) e battuta di manzo per iniziare. Tagliatelle con il loro ragù e tortello eccellenti.

Without a doubt, it is one of the best pizzerias I have ever been to, and I can't wait to go back!

Very slow service, you have to show up to the waiters or they forget about you.
I had another memory of La Fucina.

They accompanied us to the table and we waited 35 minutes to order!!!!!!
They told us there were people before us but literally people who arrived 15 minutes after us ordered first!!!!
2 of us ordered the starters while 3 others ordered the pizza.
The first courses arrived an hour after placing the order, while the pizzas arrived 20 minutes later.
Ultimately the food was quite good.
01/11/2024: Be careful, the dishes are too salty, you have to pay for the cutlery and the pizzas cannot be eaten at lunchtime.

26/07/2024: For years, Bardini has delighted my taste buds like no other ice cream shop in Piacenza. And what chocolate! But now the appointment with the scratch cup is inevitable, introduced a year ago but which already remains in my heart forever. A mix of dark chocolate and cherries in alcohol to make the palate sing. Of course, the other flavors are no joke either, both the creamy and fruity ones. Not to mention the granitas in summer. A warranty.
Edit: the bardoche is spacey, fresh and soft, with a touch of salt that goes perfectly with the sweetness of the ice cream.
