06/03/2026: The pizza is great, but unfortunately the dough (not enough) and the meat (tough) aren't up to par. The desserts are very good and plentiful. The service is great, but the atmosphere is really noisy.

22/02/2026: Well, what can I say about Trattoria Regina, a tradition for the people of Piacenza, a tradition for the owners, having been passed down from father to son (the mustache), and a tradition for me, who used to go there as a boy with my parents. From Quarto to Podenzano, the premises have improved, a bit more modern but still harking back to the past with paintings and photos of operas hanging on the walls. The large parking lot and visibility have improved, as it's on the road to Grazzano Visconti, a popular tourist destination. The quality of the traditional Piacenza cuisine remains, as does the friendliness and kindness of the owners, which is also reflected in the waiters. What can I recommend from the menu? The cured meats are excellent, along with the anolini, tortelli, and pisarei, all made according to Piacenza tradition. I particularly recommend the roast beef and cod in all their versions. As for the desserts, you decide, they're all good.

15/03/2026: The pizza is delicious, even taking it home is still good and crispy. Beppe is amazing! And all the guys who work there are really great too. 10 out of 10, highly recommended.

14/01/2026: The pizza here isn't just good: it's a small masterpiece. I didn't expect to leave this satisfied from a pizzeria in a small town that's certainly not a popular destination... and yet here we are. All the pizzas—both thin and thick—look impeccable, well-crafted, and inviting. I chose the Rifugio, perfect for the winter conditions, and I can say without hesitation that my taste buds sang throughout the entire lunch. Pumpkin cream, mozzarella, speck, brie, and chestnuts: a combination I'd never tried before and one I literally fell in love with. All without being heavy. The crust also deserves a mention: beautifully airy, perfectly crispy, one of those rare occasions where you savor it until the last bite with true pleasure. The beer selection is also excellent, and the staff is truly kind, friendly, and attentive. It's been a long time since I've felt this satisfied after trying a new pizzeria. A surprising place that's absolutely worth a visit. And even more.

02/10/2025: We dined in but had to pay the 2 coperto euros. But, the Italian wrap combo was real good with the sauce. There were two guys playing music and cooking. Fun pizza place.
