07/12/2025: Welcoming place. Kind and polite people. The food is delicious. Lots of choices on the menu, lots of types of cheese.... I'll be back as soon as I can.
20/08/2025: I went to Gastronomia 00 with high hopes, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The food was rather subpar: stale bread and pizza, bland-tasting brioche, no desserts, seemingly mediocre-quality hams... and overall, the food was more reminiscent of a school cafeteria than a refined deli. The atmosphere, too, seems stuck in the '70s, and not in the nostalgic sense of the word. Dated furnishings and an atmosphere reminiscent of the past, but without that vintage charm that makes you say, "How lovely."

21/05/2026: A wonderful place with wonderful and helpful people working there. Yesterday I was in Castell'Arquato and, enchanted by the place, completely lost track of time and ended up missing the bus to the station. Not a single taxi app worked in the area, so I had to turn to this place for help. A friendly, sweet, and beautiful girl quickly arranged a ride with someone she knew, and literally half an hour later I was on my way to the station. While waiting for the taxi, I only had iced tea, but I'm sure the food and other drinks here are also excellent. I liked the simple, modern interior and the very clean and comfortable restroom, which is not the case in all establishments. But the main thing is the kind and helpful people!

22/05/2026: We spent a truly dream vacation as a couple! In this enchanting, quiet, and peaceful place, a place where you can truly relax and forget the hustle and bustle of daily life. The owner and her partner are wonderful, welcoming, and attentive people, ready to meet their guests' every need. The house truly feels like a home, offering maximum comfort, furnished with rare taste and exquisite details: the attention to hospitality here is truly unique. The garden offers spacious spaces where you can relax and enjoy the pristine nature, with a stunning view of the Rocca Viscontea. The beautiful historic center is home to many excellent restaurants and traditional trattorias, and the B&B will soon have an excellent restaurant nearby.
18/04/2026: A wonderful weekend in a fantastic location, just a ten-minute walk and two minutes by car from the beautiful village of Castell'Arcuato, nestled in the middle of vineyards where silence reigns, interrupted only by the singing of birds. A true paradise. To top it all off, the kindness of the owner. I highly recommend it!

02/07/2026: Clean environment with tables too close to each other. They don't know what courtesy is, they don't answer, they don't say hello. I was waiting to pay and the person receiving the money saw me and started doing something else. NEVER AGAIN.
12/04/2026: After visiting Castell'Arquato (which was truly worthwhile), we ate at this lovely restaurant and had a great time. Everything was clean, and the service was excellent and friendly. We had the fixed-price menu (14 euros), and the food was generous and well-cooked. We highly recommend this restaurant!

18/08/2026: Much could be improved; better service would be needed, with a more structured menu, and above all, an additional person serving who speaks English would be essential, given the number of tourists. Prices are incomprehensible, with wine costing proportionally less than water...
04/07/2026: An afternoon stroll through Castell'Arquato dates back to April 26th. We decided to have an aperitivo in the Piazza del Municipio, and chose this wine bar for the occasion given the tables overlooking the square.
The tables were quite full, but the staff was perhaps insufficient, as we had to wait quite a while before someone came to clear a table that was already free and invited us to sit.
We ordered a charcuterie board for two with torta fritta, and two Aperol Spritzes to drink. The quality of the charcuterie was average, but the torta fritta was a real shame: besides probably being overcooked, it was evidently made with a dough different from the typical one in the area, which made it rubbery in my opinion.
Once again, there's nothing to complain about the location of the place right in the Piazza del Municipio, which, thanks to the open umbrellas, allowed us to enjoy an aperitivo at the end of a stroll up the various stairways and hills of the village.
The bill was €29.50. Average price, but largely justified by the location.

17/08/2025: Despite my widespread ignorance, I often went to get pizza to go, because pizza is really good. Then the ignorance thermometer reached intolerable levels, and so I thought it's better if they eat the pizza themselves.
26/07/2025: Thin and wide pizza, well-cooked and easy to digest. The rustic location is secluded among the hills, with ample parking. Not romantic, but very suitable for groups. The service is discreet, but when full, waiting times can be long.

06/08/2025: Cancellare! È fallito da mesi, segno della scarsa tenuta economica di questo borgo medievale ormai molto peggiorato rispetto a un tempo. Tutto più caro, nei bar tre euro e venti per una brioche vuota e un cappuccino. A Piacenza costa 2 e 50.. ladri! Posto da evitare..

16/07/2025: per due sere abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante. Abbiamo cenato sulla terrazza che costeggia un torrente con una piccola diga, dopo tanto caldo è stato davvero piacevole sentire una leggera brezza proveniente dal fiume. La cena è stata ottima a base di pesce, anche il dessert era buonissimo. Il personale veramente simpatico e gentile.
19/05/2025: Pizza bassa ma morbida super farcita di ottime verdure grigliate alla perfezione a prezzi giusti.
Mai mangiata un'ortolana così buona. Cameriera gentile.
Se si mangia sulla terrazza, si può ascoltare il rumore dell'acqua del fiume Arda.
