Inside the rooms are a little dated, but still welcoming. The garden in the summer is very welcoming. Highly recommended place.

01/07/2025: quando varchi la porta del San Nicola hai come l'impressione di attraversare un portale che ti teletrasporta in un'altra dimensione. fresco, tranquillo e un sottofondo musicale che ti rilassa la mente. La cucina è innovativa ma non estrema, la scelta di vini è valida ed i prezzi non sono congrui ai prodotti offerti. Ovviamente anche il personale contribuisce all'ottimo risultato della fantastica esperienza Un plauso a tutto lo staff

29/06/2025: Locale davvero splendido, accogliente, caldo, costituito da salette intime arredate con grande gusto. Cucina curatissima, alta qualità e inventiva ma senza scivolare nell'autocompiacimento. Tra gli antipasti una chicca straordinariamente sfiziosa come le polpettine di mortadella e prosciutto con caprino e crostini; tra i primi ottimi tagliolini al ragù di anatra e parmigiano e dei ravioli di burrata memorabili; tra i secondi difficile dire cosa sia meglio tra i bocconcini di manzo al curry lavorati con altre delizie e la strepitosa coppa caramellata al gutturnio con salsa di prugne; per finire la quenelle di cioccolato fondente con salsa di albicocche e zenzero, semplicemente sublime. Per i vini, trattandosi anche di enoteca, una carta sconfinata con proposte per tutti i gusti e per tutte le tasche. Infine, prezzi assolutamente onesti rispetto alla qualità delle proposte ed anche alla corretta quantità delle porzioni. Insomma, per concludere, vi alzate da tavola già non vedendo l'ora di poter ritornare...

08/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante lo scorso weekend, per pranzo, come tappa durante un viaggio in moto. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo: piatti curati, saporiti e abbondanti. Lo staff è stato davvero gentile e comprensivo, accogliendoci con grande disponibilità. Un’ottima tappa per chi passa da Bobbio!

04/07/2025: Abbiamo organizzato la gita della nostra Parrocchia a Bubbio per visitare la bellissima Abbazia. La scelta per il pranzo è stata azzeccatissima. Il ristorante Nobile è vicinissimo a tutti i punti di interesse. Il locale è spazioso, pulitissimo, privo di barriere architettoniche. Proprietari e personale gentilissimi, ci hanno proposto un menù di specialità del luogo tutte ottime e preparate al momento ad un prezzo più che soddisfacente. L intero pullman si è complimentato. Da consigliare

19/07/2025: Cercavo un ristorante in costa in Val Trebbia ,per allontanarmi dal caos del turismo festivo ed avere un po' di vista e pace.Ho scoperto un ristorante agriturismo incantevole.Posto che si raggiunge dopo un tragitto di curve in salita nel bosco che ad un certo punto ho perso fiducia e telefonato al ristorante per conferma che ero sulla strada giusta.All'arrivo sei ripagato dalla vista e dal senso di pace che l'ambiente tra case in pietra e verde ti trasmettono.Il ristorante si vede che e' il risultato di una moderna ristrutturazione accurata ed attenta di una vecchia casa del piccolo borgo.Abbiamo pranzato sulla terrazza che si affaccia sulla valle e su un vecchio monastero del 600 anch'esso ristrutturato.Un viaggio nel tempo. Pranzo squisito di tortelli spinaci e ricotta fatti a mano e insalata di lenticchie pomodorini e cipolla di Tropea. Un calice di gutturnio fresco. Questo non e' mangiare e' sentire il tuo spirito in pace. Servizio preciso e gentile con un tocco di familiarita'che non ti fa sentire solo cliente. Prezzo ottimo per la qualita' percepita. Raccomandatissimo

21/07/2025: We stopped for lunch during a motorcycle trip. The staff was attentive and very kind, the food was excellent and plentiful, and the price was reasonable. We'll definitely be back with friends.

19/07/2025: My review is only for the restaurant. The location at the foot of the mountain is very beautiful. As for the food, I'd give it a "no." There's a fixed-price menu; we opted for a mixed appetizer without cured meats, two main courses, and two first courses. There's no à la carte menu with prices; the dishes are announced by the waiters. I honestly don't appreciate the lack of clarity on prices. As for the appetizers (nervetti, beans with onions, grilled peppers, and mini-puff pastry), they were good. The two meat-based main courses, a braised pork cheek with mashed potatoes and a beef tartare, were also good. As for the two first courses, I have to say they were terrible. We ordered two paccheri with porcini mushrooms, which arrived overcooked and tasteless; we were wrong not to send them back. The dessert, a caprese with vanilla ice cream, was good. The receipt, however. The prices were above average and didn't justify the quality I received. I was a bit disappointed.

01/07/2025: Saturday night we went with a reservation. After over an hour and a half they had only brought us an appetizer. When the pasta arrived, it was completely raw and so we sent it back to the kitchen, where the owner commented "well now they're still waiting". At the table we had a two-year-old girl waiting for dinner. When we got up to leave, there were no apologies or explanations or even a minimum of respect at least towards the girl for whom they could have at least brought two slices of salami. The other tables were waiting like us. If you can't handle 50 covers, don't take them. A bad night happens, but respect for the customer is shown by at least trying to plug the wait for the children

18/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante non avendo trovato aperto quello scelto in precedenza............ piacevole scoperta in tutti i sensi, dall' ottimo servizio all' atmosfera alla qualità dei piatti realizzati nel rispetto della tradizione piacentina nonché nella raffinatezza delle materie prime. Locale molto curato sia all' esterno che all' interno. Complimenti!!!!
