At Ivan you will savor traditional dishes prepared with care thanks to exceptional raw materials and accompanied by refined wines. Top Culatello and Fortana. 18/01/2025: Bar-cucina con i piatti della Bassa parmense: anolini in brodo, tortelli d’erbetta e di zucca, misto di salumi, torta fritta, polenta fritta, trippa… Tutto nella norma.
Locale spartano; freddissimo in dicembre: la stufa a pellet proprio non ce la faceva a riscaldare l’ambiente; c’era chi ha mangiato col giubbotto.
Personale molto gentile e alla mano.
04/01/2025: Trattoria basica, si salvano i salumi che sono discreti. Tutto il resto come maltagliati, tortelli e cappelletti sono appena sufficienti. Stupiscono i prezzi allineati con ristoranti ben superiori (cappelletti a 15 euro). Stanza gelida, qualcuno mangiava con addosso il piumino.
